Great home in a perfect location. Sold probably within 2 minutes of being listed. Walking distance to all the great things Encino has to offer - More Than Waffles, Rasputin Market, Lamelle Theater, Target, Shake Shack, etc.
A tad too much wood paneling for my taste. I understand wanting to warm up the space but everywhere you turn you see paneling and it’s all the sane shade. The house could also use a pop of color but that’s cosmetic.
Beautiful property definitely good price, but I didn’t like that. Some of the bedrooms are literally facing towards the neighbors house. They could clearly see in all of them. I didn’t see any privacy hedges.
