To either side is an empty lot and two shacks that look like they need condemning. So if you bought this property there is a great likelihood you are going to be living next to one or even two building sites in the near future !!
@@CulturedThugPoster Looks like they are building next door which would be almost a year of construction noise. Also a view of the round water thing. Interesting fact, the house George Harrison lived in for awhile and wrote the song. Bluejay Way about is two doors down.

I watch this video on a daily basis because I try to manifest this home to me. And every time I watch it, I laugh when he says these trees are so tall no neighbors can see into this yard as on his left side is wide open for plenty of people to see in the yard.
Great job Jacob on Another nice mansion. When I first saw this 6mnths ago I almost immediately like it. Lots of amenities to like about it...Birds Street's has one of the nicest Area view of homes in LA for sure. ❤️
Hey Jp. The preview looks amazing staging and all. Oh. A car turn feature. Lots of glass and windows to keep clean. Yesss to the elevator. Agreed the architectural views from the first balcony are grand. Always wondered why they make spiral staircases so narrow. Ok main floor. 12- seater dining. Family room. Love the bar behind you. Jp. This home is magnificently overwhelming. I can’t keep up. Just gonna enjoy this one. Could imagine the primary from what I saw in the preview. Oh the kitchen with island that seats 6 comfortably and could squeeze in a 7th need be. Oh. A whole secondary butlers kitchen. Glass enclosed hot tub and seating and dining. Lower level is great. Bar. Gym. Laundry. Guest bedrooms with en-suites. The primary is lovely with balcony stair access to the pool. Beautiful en-suite. I take it the windows in the shower have shades or 1 way view. Can see out but not in. Grand closet with elevator access straight to your garage for departure. Wow. Finally the pool area. Nice and private with the trees. Grand outdoor kitchen/lounging/dining. Just amazing. Jp. This home in your words impressive. I could not keep up. My true comment would’ve exceeded the limit. Thanks for sharing this beautiful home and see you next video.

This is a beautiful modern design contemporary mansion. I like the glass wall at the entrance, I like the main kitchen and the back kitchen. I like the floating stairway. I like the master bedroom, master bathroom, and master closet. I like when the bed faces the view of the bedroom. I like bathroom 5. I like the glass jacuzzi and the pool.

@@vastvessel1 i agree. I would change different things. But thats more an interior thing. The outdoor space, the private driveway and the overall amount of space is worth the price in the area. For example - the rooftop deck would be a nice place for an outdoor gym.

Is there a pool/cabana bathroom? Seems like a LONG walk going from the pool into the house, although the walk is so long that you may not be dripping water anymore by the time you reach the house!

The home is impressive however the neighboring retaining wall of the home to the right of the small vacant space next to the property is scary to me for some reason. You can see it in the aerial shots and all I can think of is that failing someday during the rainy season or earthquake or when/if a home is built in that vacant space. :-/

House dropped already 3 million in price, it's almost a year on the market so it's probably not worth the price, nice tour 💙🇧🇪
I think it had to do with that water damage in one of the bathrooms, so they had to reconstruct that room. If you look it up now, it says new construction.
