Randy (Yes! I know it's Randolph) Scott was never paid more than 80,000 per motion picture but invested in Oklahoma and Pennsylvania oil field leases and when he passed on he was worth over 80 million.. In today's money that would be hundreds of millions! Super smart guy and great actor!
22 min into it before Scott appears. Good old movie so far.
Esther Ralston was an underrated actress and got some bad breaks with the studio system of the time.
Totally agree
Yep... Got in before the line started.
Scott born 1898, 34 yrs old here
Esther was a true beauty.
You'd do it for Randolph Scott!
Worn out old print with skips, poor sound. Still interesting, considering that the movie was made very soon after sound came to movies. A very young and uncredited Shirley Temple and Randolph Scott's first movie? I'm not sure on that. Thanks for posting Absolute Westerns.
A worn out western sure does be no western at all
Good movie……Esther was the star. Sent
Shirley temple in one of her first films
Tragic ending
Nice old movie
I wonder If Stardust was Jellous when Randolph was messing with the white house?
100%! That's my impression
