They really are, what made it so much worse were my boys being so upset 😭 That was by far the hardest part! I couldn't imagine a bunny roaming around our parts. Our neighbors cat has rid our property of all of the cute little bunnies we had around sadly.

Oh I most definitely have a haul! 😂 I always blow my budget out of the water, I literally just placed another order last night then went in store while I was at work today! I gotta say I think my store visit was dated though, found an item I was crossing my fingers to find and there it was today! 😁 I'm excited to see if I can snag some soaps for 75% off! 🤞🏼 Yeah the kiddos are keeping me so dang busy this summer so far as well as chickens! We miss our old four girls, they were incredibly friendly but we are excited for our new bunch to continue growing and getting to know their personalities 😊
Chickens 🫠 last year, 2023, I bought 17 chicks. Raised them for 4 months and *right* before they started to lay, a fox found our place and mass murdered every last one of them and left them around my yard. To say my already overly hormonal pregnant ass was having an existential crisis is putting it lightly. I grew up on a farm my whole life so I'm familiar with losing farm animals but I've also never experienced such a mass take out in one hit before 😅
😱 I am so sorry to hear that! What an awful thing to deal with, let alone when you were preggo! I can't even imagine walking out to that scene! Fox is a fear of mine because just heard one a about a week or so ago, right in the tree line of our back yard! We have talked to the boys and prepared them for possible loses, as much as we can anyway. Just hoping for the best at this point!
