My DS had something similar called 8 minute abs. Where we did 8 exercises for 1 min each no breaks. It hurt. It sucked. But ill never forget the one time after a battle of mine said "hey dude, never knew you had abs!" Being a fat bod my whole life that was a good moment. Did my first ruck after watching your videos brother. 41 year old oil& gas worker. 4.54 miles in 1 hour& 10 min with a 35 pound pack sack walking in snow. Quite proud for a debut. Always regretted not getting in army after having 2 nice boys. I now would like to. Am i too old?? I was an ultimate fighter who fought pro in Québec Thnx for your motivation! Max

I personally do these sorts of routines on the front end or back end of my full workout, but for beginners this alone will be a good start. Do it multiple times for a serious kick in the ass!
So those flutter kicks and generally anything that relies on lower back strength are killing me. I can’t make it through them. I’m feeling that lower back weakness. Do I just need to keep going or are there things I should do to strengthen my lower back first? Thanks!
