Sorry to hear that you suffer from allergies. Please substitute peanut oil to any oil that works for you best. What about olive oil? There are also olive oils that are not too strong in flavours and maybe a healty option?

It adds some bitterness. On the other hand it's very impt to have tender meat. Maybe there's a technique?❤

When used egg white in a marinade the proteins in the egg white create a thin coating around the meat. This coating helps to seal in moisture, keeping the meet juicy and tender during cooking or stir frying without the risk of introducing strong flavors or bitterness. If other flavors work with the dish you can also tenderize the meat using natural enzymes contained for example in fruits like papaya, pineapple or kiwis. Marinade with acidic ingredients like lemon juice, wine, yogurt or buttermilk can also help to break down the muscle fibers in beef. 🤗 let me know if this helps answering your question ❤️
