Whichever is fine. The important thing is to use a button team for fast run. Personally, I used Deus Plutus assist to button all floor. Gotta have enough SB but it's easy to cover with subs.
@wealthydruid I'd keep at least one each. You can skill them up while farming silver/gold tokens in expert difficulty if you have two Xmas uriel. Just slot them as subs.

@@sgt502 is the NY Yamato required for the gem to drop? Normal Yamato works-ish, but breaks the flow in later floors (not enough leader damage), and no gem drop

The combo orb is more important. You'll need at least 4 combo orb on your team.
I used an unskilled Egg of Pride and it worked fine.

You could, but less +combo.

@jasonmiser7525 You need to lead with a card from New Year series to guarantee 100% drop, including the gem.
