0:45 Dumping Cha is a mistake, I believe you do actually need it to bed the Bishop ladies, which is one of the Chosen One's few heavily-implied completed sidequests (Actually MAYBE you don't need it for the junkie daughter.)

@@Nikstanski don’t really base it off that, I base it off actual lore and canon strength which chosen one sweeps absolutely everyone in. Plus 10 in all special doesn’t matter, chosen one killed Frank Horrigan who also had 10 in all special
@@dierebos it was said by devs that if Chosen One didn't have plot armor he wouldn't go down and would survive the explosion of Oil Rig, IMO Chosen One was just lucky to have plot

@@DIEGhostfish yeah I just typically dump CHA even when playing fo2, since I almost never use companions.
The missed opportunity to use No Bark Noonan's stats hurts me
