I got mine yesterday for a minor sprain on my left. It surprisingly helped me heal quicker overnight! It is kinda tricky to put on with air, but it works whether you put air in it or not. It's just a personal preference. I think it's to apply more pressure to reduce swelling.
Why do none of the videos or instructions have any information about inflation???

@howardkevinm you know that strip you put your heal on in the brace? peel back the materiel where the strip ends, there is a velcro part on the strip that you can adjust. adjust both sides.

You should have the straps in oposing directions.
i just got mine today, after my cast was removed, an ankle orif surgery. i cant weat the shoe, maybe i just need wait my ankle get used to it
