If i remember correctly the GOB series was preceded by a few lead-up videos with sneak peaks and an overview of the idea. As an outsider, these seemed important to the overall success drumming up anticipation and maybe return viewers/subscribers/eyeballs etc for when the series started (along with ourbmx/dennis/podcast exposure).
Burrough Breakers seemed to blind side us out of nowhere, a mere mention from Joey and Demarcus on some pod talking about this idea they might one day like to try, then BAM i see billy perry doing this thing.
Just makes me wonder how big an influence those leadup vids can have on the success of a new venture if only to differentiate it from the all the other white noise

I have lots of thoughts. Great video so far. This one point, 2:47:01 , I think is the reason its so hard to be sponsored or partnered in any category. I was partnered with a gaming server company. (provides multiplayer server for people) I got 2 free servers with all the bells and whistles. I had to have a specific number click on my link to their service, and also had to have so many buy a server using my link. Really difficult to do. I was with them for about 4 years. Numbers started dropping so they dropped me. No hard feelings. Thats how it is. I wasnt giving the return to the company.
