I had to keep reminding myself that the house is an A-Frame. I truly like how the fireplace is close to the seating area - the whole place is very welcoming, especially with all the little touches - the firewood is already stacked! And that loft/library: filled with rescued books!! Thank you for sharing your three favorite books from the library, showing that there should be something for everyone. And bonus points for the NatGeo book! Nonetheless, the blue bathroom tile is very beautiful indeed - and what an inspiration to run the tile along the window wall (And to have a window at all in the bathroom!). One of my favorite places you’ve shown it’s gorgeous! I love how it has features that you usually only see in cabin Airbnb’s but it’s located in an urban area.
My parents had a fireplace like that when I was growing up. It was fantastic! I loved it as a kid. Its called a carousel fireplace. Oh, such fond memories cozying up next to it.
