If you move to The Villages, Florida- all the amenities are built up BEFORE they sell the first home. With each new village, they build 1-3 pools, 1-2 rec centers, walking paths, bocce ball, corn hole, shuffle board, tennis, pickleball and of course you have full access to all the other 118+ pools, 14 country clubs, 14 reduced price Championship golf courses, free golf at 41 executive golf courses, 4 pitch and putts, 3 putt and plays, 2 and soon to be 3 golf academies, Polo Club with fall and spring seasons, 3 soon to be 4 town squares with daily free live music and dozens and dozens of other music and entertainment venues. 2 dragon boat lakes. 3700+ resident clubs, 1000+ scheduled activities EACH DAY. All you daily needs - dozens of grocery, hair/nail salon, vet, hundreds of restaurants/bats, doctors, dentists, dog grooming, clothes shopping, home decor stores, gyms, hospital, physical therapy, 8 dog parks, offices, libraries, etc ALL ACCESSIBLE BY GOLF CART!!
I really enjoyed this video because I want to move from Phoenix too! Are there homes available to rent in Trilogy so I can try living there before I buy? I’m mostly wanting to move there to be close to Disney so I’m not sure I want to live that far away.

Trilogy is great and we love living here. More and more GenX’ers are moving here and we still work. Maybe highlight that aspect of 55+ living😊
