Yes, it's a team effort with such an injury! I wish you both well in the recovery process.....Your appreciation of life when normal activity resumes will be heightened and if you do as the physio tells you it's surprising how quickly the body can heal - Best wishes to your wife.
I’ve just read the advice out to her…as an ultra runner she’s not the most patient patient 😂 but we do appreciate and agree with you 😀 👍🏻

Yes, she’s on the mend so I’ll be back to normal soon 😀 Did think about it but probably doing the ABR this year so can only do one of them…looks good though! The CRF is perfect for this type of travel…nice and light 😊
