      This is me, too. This sounds identical to what I have in my head at about 50% of my iPhone’s volume. You didn’t happen to get your tinnitus after having an ear infection, did you?

    I really would love if there was a 8 to 10 hr loop of this one, is so perfects and shuts entirely the tinnitus, I can listen better and continue my life as if it doesnt exist. Thank you soo much for this!

      It does the same thing for me, I use this when it's at its worst, you can put it on repeat and it works just as good as a long loop. I've been recommended to not use things that mask the tinnitus completely though if I want to habituate, but rather background sounds that "compete" with the tinnitus sound so that your brain can learn to ignore it. Good luck with your tinnitus!

    This is good. I can use it with ear phones and calm the tinnitus

    Hoping anyone who has reactive tinnitus sees this, this definitely helps reactive tinnitus! I have been searching for hours tonight and weeks before this. Screen record or save this one. I don't think I'll be able to sleep again without it.

    Today I woke up hearing this sound during the night. I felt few bad because this doesn't leave me sleep! I searched and founded this video and heard a few seconds... when I stopped, the sound of my ears was disappeared! Why this happens? How this video sound can make the sound stop for moments in my ears (head)?

    This frequency matches my TNT, it’s quite odd, I just discovered it now upon hearing this that I have it in my right ear, so I listened to it one sided. Find relief though and this helps go on with my life.

      a 12000 hz sound frequency is a very high pitched sound and almost inaudible at low volume, so it's not surprising that you have to crank the volume all the way up to hear it

      It depends on your age but if it hard to hear it while your are in your early 20 or bellow it might mean your hearing is damaged so i recommend going to a ENT to get your hearing checked

    Am I supposed to find the matching frequency so that it cancels out the one I'm hearing or am I supposed to simply listen to another frequency instead? Haven't found one that creates silence or relief.

    Do I have to listen on both ears when my issue is present on the right? I felt listening on the healthy side kind of cancels the ringing on the problematic right. Thanks.

      there is no specific way of listening, cause each T is unique. Just find the way who seems to be best for you. The way that brings some release

      The same case for me. I have hearing loss for high frequency on my left ear, so for me, my left ear not able to hear the sound, but my right ear can hear it, and I can tell it is close to the tinnitus I heard on my left ear. And when I use my right ear hearing the sound, the tinnitus on my left ear just gone.

    It's not a white noise! White noise is based on the whole frequencies spectrum, not only on a single frequency.

    mine is the same ...but one get used to it ...for me is not a trouble anymore , i go througt a normal live, eat everything and drink coffe, even sleep easy with this as a backsound, and i have dog hearing, but...yes...this neuromodulates mine and feel silence for a while then I miss my cricket and then i search for it under my wraps and under the bed:where is my cricket?😂😂...
    Yeah...this keeps someone mate for the rest of his life

      @@ajpello2003 It took me years, but first i listened Nature sound whit an APP, then within couple of years i left the APP, start to sleep whitout any sound...and i got used....My tinnitus is inside My brain, not in My hears

      12 000 Hz is a very hight pitched sound but normaly you should ear something, unless you've lost this frequency

      Put the volume higher use a speaker not a headphone, if you cant hear it means you have a certain degree of hearing lost and that is the cause of your tinnitus.

      Maybe this frequency is too high for you. Try a lower 10 000, 9 000, etc

    Because of advertisement no longer usable for people with tinnitus. They are bullying people with tinnitus this way and forcing them into paying or accept the loud advertisement.
