Journaling changed my life, i've been doing it for the past 4 years, but it was only the last 3 years i've been doing it at least every week. I also started when i was like 10 years old, with a good old "diary", but never really saw the benefit as a kid haha
Glad you’re back and feeling better Angel! Even if you”re someone who doesn’t feel that journaling itself is helping you, the habit can be so useful. My nighttime routine has become so much better since journaling about my day before bed. It’s become such an ingrained routine over the last 7 years that I begin to feel sleepy as soon as i pick up the pen
Thank you so much for your advice writing journaling it does help alot and make your day effective planning things help me stay focused on my work appreciate your sharing of your experience great video😊
Great insights and such a delight to listen to these advise, Thank you. I will be implementing all these in some way or other in my day to day life. Goal 1- starting daily journal for 30 days ...
I have a tough time journaling, I feel that I’m not being honest bc in my head someone will read it at any point. So it’s like I’m always writing to someone and not for myself. Does someone have any tip?
I had this same issue earlier this year. I’m always scared that someone will read my journal (I‘m 32 and I live with my dad and older sister). I built a habit to always write on the back cover or on the first page: “Read at your own risk. These words are my own and my truth.” Then I write down the date and how old I am. It also helps to have a separate braindump/irrational thoughts journal. I have one and it’s only for negative, sexual or weird thoughts that I have. It’s a small B6 size, so I take it everywhere with me. My regular everyday journal is for reflection and memory keeping. And keep in mind: you write for your future-self. To help remember who you once were. If someone reads it, it’s their own risk (and ‘fault’). Not yours. I hope these tips help!

It's honestly the habit I've built. But yes I agree, my old diaries really didn't help much haha
