Animals do not have the ability to provide or state moral judgement/choices only on survival instinct. For that, we cannot judge them and their actions. However humans do have the ability to understand and make a choice. As the Bible states back in Genesis, Adam and Eve ate the forbidden fruit that contained knowledge of good and evil. This was the entrance of sin, as well as the entrance of morality.
