“Change can be difficult, but it's how we grow. It can be the hardest thing to realize you can't hold onto something forever. Sometimes, you have to let it go. But of the things you let go, you'd be surprised what makes its way back to you.” Thank you all so much for the patience with this, the last few weeks were a rough combination of work schedules and depression lmaooo I hope I delivered well for this last hurrah Owl House Season 2B next!
"Now the finale's done and I'm alone I'm on a Netflix trip here on my phone But who I am is in these episodes *So don't you tell me that it's just a show"*
The Grime dying and Anne’s arm foreshadowing got uno reversed- *I’m so sorry I just had to put in some kind of joke- to ease the pain y’know-* But really this show was just so amazing, it’s probably the first show to genuinely hold a place in my heart. I’d never been as sucked into a show fandom as I was for Amphibia and it’s just been such a wild ride. It’s been an adventure, but everything must have an end. *Thank you.* both to the Amphibia crew and the fandom ^^
Fun fact: If I recall correctly Andrias COULD have gotten new body parts to replace what he lost, but he refused them. He resolved to spend what time he had left working to fix the damage he had caused, even if it was just one seed at a time.
Watching Anne and Sprig say goodbye was the most I have cried at any piece of media ever. Them two was the reason I fell in love with the show at the beginning. They reminded me so much of the relationship I had with my sister before she passed away. This will always be my favourite show. Thank you Matt Braley for the show, and thank you Matt for the reactions.
Tbh, Andrias was probably my favorite character. He was so wonderfully written and served as an AMAZING foil to Anne. All the parallels between the two are great, as they both dealt with manipulative loved ones. The difference between the two of them is that Anne was able to grow and move forward because she had the Plantars. Andrias had the constant manipulation of the Core in his head for 1,000 years (his crown). Also, fun little detail on Andrias, is the x-shaped scar on his armor, which is placed directly over where his heart would be, symbolising his loss of faith in friendship. Another cool thing was how he had leaves in his beard when replenishing Amphibia, showing his growth as a person, similar to Anne's leaves, and Marcy's pin and Leif's leaf, symbolising his recovered faith in friendship. Also, his personality was wonderfully performed by Keith David. He invoked such fun and goofiness, yet at the same time, malice and hatred, and through it all, sadness and despair, into Andrias, possibly making him one of my all time favorite Disney antagonists (up there with Bill Cipher, Belos, and Dr. Doofenshmirtz). He was perfectly written, designed, and performed for Amphibia Also, isn't it crazy how Marcy had to deal with two pairs of people that just so happened to include a manipulator (Sasha and the Core) and a lovable goofball (Anne and Andrias) in each? Just something curious that I noticed.
Kieth David also really made Andrias, his deep voice mixed with goofy personality made him really lovable when he WAS good, and even more enjoyable as a villain.
Fun Background Easter Eggs for "All In" and "The Hardest Thing" 19:22 - The flyer on the bulletin board for Moon Jiu Jitsu lessons. This is a reference to a parody version of Frank Sinatra's song "Fly Me To The Moon" where the lyrics are changed to describe the singer's hatred for the moon. They mention wanting to destroy the moon with skills they learned in a moon jiu jitsu class. There's several vocal renditions of it on RUclips. Definitely worth a listen for a good laugh. Its also an amusing bit of foreshadowing considering what Anne does to the Core while its connected to Amphibia's moon. 21:18 - Frobo 2.0's sticker is almost an exact copy of Mabel's shooting star. The only difference is the color patterns on the star contrails. 22:29 - Darcy's multi-monitor setup displaying the battlefield like its a real-time RTS, complete with the unit selection box, mouse and keyboard setup. The one RTS this is heavily inspired by is the first _Starcraft._ The bottom right screen's display of certain unit abilities and actions is very similar to the ability display in that game. There's two more nods to towards it with the monitors and Amphibian text. The first is on the bottom left monitor showing the unit layout of a frobot. The unit display (with what looks to be a small energy shield around it) is very similar to how protoss units were displayed when selected. The Amphibian text translates to "King's Robot Kills 0." A clever little way for Matt's team to sneak in that these war machines probably have a body count. That particular unit, though, didn't get one yet. The other Amphibia message is on the top center monitor. It translates to "POWER OVERWHELMING," one of the phrases spoken by a protoss archon unit when it is selected. Its also a bit of foreshadowing for Anne's sacrifice since archons are created by two high templar merging their psionic essence in a way that, according to the lore, will eventually cause them to burn out and dissipate from the immense power they briefly wield. Seeing as Anne unleashed the power of all three stones on her own and perished as a result the comparison seems appropriate. 59:12 - Joe Sparrow and Bessy is the ship we didn't see coming, much less their _ATLA_ tier hybrid animal offspring. Matt said the classification of the snail-bird hybrid is a "snird." For some strange reason, I kind of love that name. 59:56 - Matt confirmed on Twitter that not only is the Wartwood celebration taking place nine months since the girls' departure but the moon's destruction has also had a significant impact on the planet itself. Without the disruption of the established tidal patterns, an entire continent that had been submerged in Amphibia's oceans has risen. Sprig and Ivy could probably spend years exploring that continent. And that's a few of the things I caught.
An Amphibia abridged series gave me one of the most powerful lines I've ever heard. Right as Anne and Sasha are separating to do their parts of the plan, Anne says, "Time to be a hero," and Sasha replies with, "Time to be myself." I rewound that scene a few times.
And now that we’ve finally made it here, after 3 glorious years, let us all take a moment and pay our respects…to not only one of the greatest Disney shows of all time, but one of the best cartoons in recent history
Anne and Sprig separating is one of the most painful and sad moments in any tv show for me, I'm currently rewatching the it and everytime they say "Spranne against the world" I tear up. What an incredible experience this show has been
All of the lovable characters that we’ve gotten to know more of have a special place in our hearts forever. I’m never going to forget this show. Plus, Matt Braly did say that we could see Anne, Sprig, Polly, Hop-Pop, Sasha, and Marcy again some day - after they get a much-deserved rest for everything they’ve done. And the upload of the entire crew saying “THANK YOU FOR WATCHING AMPHIBIA!” was beautiful. It’s amazing how much of an impact this made for Disney, but now that Amphibia’s over and The Owl House is approaching its [way too early] end, wonder what the future holds…
Well. Here we are. I cried at several points throughout this video. This ending will NEVER not make me cry. Amphibia means the world to me, it's my favorite animated- no SHOW- NO, PIECE OF MEDIA ever made. It will live forever in my heart for all the laughs, all the smiles, all the memories, all the tears. It's... changed my life. The journey with Anne, who, as you said is super relatable, Sasha, and Marcy was something truly special. And the story this show show told was a spectacle in of itself. Words can't do it justice. Thank you so much for reaction videos on it, seeing YOUR journey with it was so much fun, the editing was always really fun and they were a great time. It can't wait for more Amphibia related videos from you down the line as... although it's over, that doesn't mean the community is gone. I want this to keep goin strong. But with that, a thank you to Matt Braly and the crew, and again, a thank you to YOU for creating such wonderful, fun reactions I KNOW I'll re-watch many times. Heh. I cried again writing this. Even about a month later... I love Amphibia so, so so much. Can't wait to see what Matt and crew have in store for us in the future.
This show just... I don't know what to say I think this (only behind Finn and Jake: Together Again) is the B E S T way to end a series This finale has a lot of amazing things going for it They wrapped up the story of Andreas and Leif spectacularly Not to mention that amazing scene with the calamity trio getting their powers And Anne's speach in the dream sequence... I just... Don't know what shows to invest my time in without Amphibia (and pretty soon The Owl House) Matt, you made these series' a million times better with your videos THANKS A MILLION
You cried at the exact same part and moment that I cried at. I was getting teary eyed when Anne said goodbye to sprig and Hop Pop, but just seeing sprig there crying broke me. And just like you said, once i saw the credits i realised that it is finally over, and began crying again. Amphibia Is the best Disney Show, hands down.
Honestly, the best finale and overall best show to come out of Disney, in my opinion. I honestly relate too much with Marcy and Anne, and I legit cried during All In, True Colors, and many more episodes 😅. I will never forget this show, it was one heck of a ride.
I'm so glad I found this show. It's been an amazing run and had a message that meant alot to other people in their lives right now. We will never forget you Amphibia Always in our hearts 2019-2022
Honestly when I started watching this show a year ago, I never expected to relate to some of the characters as much as I did, especially Anne. Thanks to Matt for this amazing show, I’ll really miss it
I love the callbacks and parallels. The Plantar Family dance. Anne/Andrias standing up to the person who keeps bossing them around. Anne's speech about loving herself reminded me of the scene in Best Fronds where she tells Sprig about what friends do for each other, and looking back, you realize she really didn't love herself. I made a video breaking down that scene. Just goes to show all the seeds really were planted in season 1 This show, man
“What a journey you and I have had.” Was so excited for you to get into this show back when you put out the reaction to the first 2 episodes. And now here we are; it has reached its conclusion. I have loved this show so much and am so happy to have experienced it with you. Both through your reactions, and chatting with you and the others in Blue’s discord. I look forward to what else you put out from here, and thank you for all you’ve done.
I felt you on Anne. I relate to her a lot and hope that someday, I come close to the amazing person she is. My favorite TV protagonist ever, hands-down.
Your reactions have been my favorite Amphibia reactions. The finale was a real perspective shift for me, and now it's my #1 favorite animated show of all time. This gave me the courage to make YT videos and growing with the fandom, even after it's ended. Thank you for the memories you gave us along the journey.
I’ll always have a special place in my heart for Amphibia. The worldbuilding and characters has to be my favourite from any animated series I’ve watched. Still so crazy how much a silly little frog show has grown from monster of the week adventures to trying to stop a Mind Hive with a god complex from taking over Earth and ramming the moon into Amphibia. Amphibia is just so amazing. 🥰
And so ends a paragon of modern Disney animated shows. _Amphibia_ ended on the best emotional and thematic high note possible, standing among its sister series _Gravity Falls_ and other top-tier serialized animated shows. Bravo to Matt Braly's team for making us laugh, cry, cheer, and appreciate how wonderful change can be to our lives. May his future endeavors bring as much joy and inspiration as _Amphibia_ has brought us.
Finally, after a long day and two boring exams, I can finally sit down and watch THE amphibia finale reaction video. Watching you react to this series along with us has been a blast. Still can't believe it's over.
Amphibia is my favorite cartoon of all time and ive watched through it around 5 times, most were to show friends the magic of the silly frof show. One of my best friends had an asthma attack during true colors and changed their status on discord to "I cant believe i was traumatized by the show about funny teenagers and frogs" I'm so glad i have the recording to look back on, even if they called me an evil supervillain for showing them the show. Anywa, now that I've finally stumbled across your channel im gonna have to watch Everything because your content and editing is so great from what I've seen. Time for watchthrough number 6!! Reaction video edition. I Will read those funny encoded messages
I'm sure other have mentioned this but I recommend watching the end credits of the finale episode that was skipped on the version you watched. The imagery, music, and final image that represents so much of the growth and connections in one image.
This show was a journey, good and fair. And while it may be over, what it left behind will never go away. Whether it be the fandom's fiction, art, or just the memories it left in it's viewers. Thanks for the story, Matt. You and your team both.
Thank you for sharing your reaction with us Matt, especially after how much trouble the video gave you with rendering. Glad to know that we both sobbed our way through the finale as well-- I was a MESS. It's such a special show and I'm just happy that we got to see it wrap up as Matt Braly intended (which is a privilege not all shows get these days). It's been a wild ride and thank you for sharing your side of the journey with your viewers! 🙏
Welp. It’s over now. And I’ve been waiting for this reaction. Amphibia is quite possibly my favorite animated show ever or show period, and it was thanks to your “Amphibia is criminally underrated” video that I fully appreciated the show more. This show has touched my heart in so many ways, from the world, lore, humor, and especially the characters. I love almost every character, especially the Plantars and the Calamity Trio (I love all three a lot but Marcy will always be my fav). I love everything about this show and the finale is probably the best finale I’ve seen in a show and I was full on weeping with the final goodbye. This show is just froggin incredible and truly something special. Matt and the crew just killed it in everything with the show. It’s gonna be the hardest thing saying goodbye but we’ll all have memories with the show and your reactions are definitely a highlight. Thank you Matt and the crew for this incredible “funny frog show”.
WOW what a fantastic way to cap off this series, this must have been a BEAST to edit, thank you for all your work dude, its been a blast! More awesome shows still to come Im sure :)
I recently decided to watch Amphibia because Owl House is so close to ending I watched maybe the first three episodes at the same time and then I got to the weekend and binged it until I got to Thursday and finished it In the span of two weeks this show has become perhaps my favourite show of all time Over taking clone wars and avatar and owl house I’ll never forget Amphibia or the message it’s given and I hope no one else will either
You can see in the aquarium that the frogs have the plantar house, the toad exhibit is shaped like toad tower, and the newt exhibit is shaped like the flying newtopia castle, I like to believe Anne made the mini plantar house and put it in there, and got the exhibits to be designed how they are just to be reminded daily of Amphibia (not to mention the other references like mother olm at the top of the doorway) This show I will always hold dear to me and will probably be my favorite show for a very, very long time, Matt and the crew did an absolutely incredible job in creating a modern masterpiece that should get more recognition, at least a similar amount to the owl house and gravity falls, since it is pretty similar to those shows and rounds out the big three.
29:10 “this shot goes hard” is what that translates too 29:57 “An Ugly Ugly Ugly Hero” 32:59 “Kill me” 33:42 “This fucking scene bro, ow” 45:36 “oh my frog look at mar mar” 55:46 “Ah fuck, here we go”
a wonderful end to an incredible show and awesome road we've taken in these reactions dude we got lost in amphibia and boy did we find our own way in it
I know for many that Marcy is best girl. I will never criticize that. As Sasha grew and improved she gained a legion of Sasha Stan’s. I’ll never begrudge them that. For me however, Anne Savisa Boonchuy is just the absolute best.
This show is such a great show I was so hyped when it first got announced because I thought this along with The Owl House was going to fill the Gravity Falls shaped hole in my heart, I literally bumped "Welcome to Amphibia" for weeks. I watched the pilot weeks after it came out and was kind of disappointed at first, in 2020 I turned on the TV (I believe during that time in Germany, season 2 wasn't out in German yet) and watched most of season 1. I thought it was a very charming show but I was disappointed that there wasn't as much plot related stuff going on as I expected there to be. Until the season finale came about, which I found phenomenal. I had lost track of the series after that and came back 2021 when True Colors came out and I watched some videos about that episode. Granted, it wasn't very clever to start again with a season finale, still, it got my interest again. That's when I completely fell in love with this series. Now that it has come to an end, I have to say that it is one of my favorite shows ever. The calamity trio are some of the best written characters I have seen in any cartoon. The overall themes of this show, as well as Marcy, are very relatable to me. The finale was also phenomenal, as I felt it closed off the series perfectly, incapsulating the main theme of the show very well. All in all I had so much fun (and pain, in the most positive way) watching this show. Now I get all sentimental whenever I listen to Welcome to Amphibia as it reminds me of the time when I was so hyped for this show.
amphibia the greatest show ive watched and will ever watch this is just amazing the story telling is just so well done this is my all time favourite show i dont think any other thing can replace what amphibia is to me
I've been watching this show since it started in June 2019, mostly the reason I even went after it in the first place was to take my mind off of Star VS. I remember seeing the Disney upload of the first episode a couple days before it was scheduled to premiere. I knew the show was going to go places, but obviously I didn't expect it to have quite the same impact on me as shows like Adventure Time, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D, Stranger Things, and (unfortunately) Star VS the Forces the Evil (that one at least motivated me to try and become a better writer). And, you know, this has to be one of the most run-of-the-mill plot driven shows out there. The episodes were very predictable and formulaic (especially back in Season 1, where you'd have the "start -> true solution introduced -> problem introduced -> fake solution introduced & used -> fake solution fails -> true solution used -> happy ending" pattern happen a LOT), and since the premiere I knew exactly how this show was going to end (the girls having to return to their lives forever), and most of the major plot points have been pretty easy to predict (unlike, say, the Owl House). But, goddamn did they use this to their advantage, because the payoffs this show had were unbelievable. I was so fucking hype when Anne's calamity powers finally happened in True Colors, and seeing how that episode ended was the one thing I couldn't predict, which makes that moment all the more impactful. And that's not even the biggest strength of this show. The biggest strength of this show was (obviously) the characters. Never before has a group of characters clicked with me immediately so much as Anne and the Plantars have (except maybe the Season 1 cast of Star Vs), and the way they wrote Sasha and Marcy have been some of the most interesting character studies I've had the pleasure of witnessing. The timing of this show was also probably pretty important. The day Season 1's finale came out was a day that, unfortunately, changed my life forever, and as a result I've looked back at Season 1 fondly as a hallmark of a certain "honeymoon" period in my life before everything went to shit for 8 months, and something that made Seasons 2 & 3 even more symbolically important in my life as I graduated high school, entered college, and started my first job throughout these past 3 years. This is, without a doubt, the best show to come out of Disney since Gravity Falls, and probably surpasses that show by a lot. The finale may be a bitter pill to swallow for some people, but it was always going to be. I'm sure I'll be rewatching it many times in the future. I can only hope something comes along and surpasses it someday.
I’m finally at a point when I can revisit this episode. Took a month for me to finally work up the courage to click on this video. The perfect ending, but it’s so sad. I was sobbing like an idiot the first time I saw it, and I just couldn’t believe it was over with such finality. At least with the DuckTales finale, I could still picture them going on future adventures, but Amphibia is just done. There’s nothing else left to do, all loose ends are tied up and it’s just over. It hurts so much whenever I think about it. This show, along with DuckTales and The Owl House, really got me through so many hard times, and I’ll always be thankful for that. Returning to school after quarantine, it was hard to reconnect with many of my friends after two whole years apart. But when I found out one of my friends also watched these shows, it really brought us together again. Every week we would go insane over new episodes and theories, and it became an important part of watching it to talk it over the next Monday with her. Amphibia will always be one of my favorite shows I’ve ever watched. Sasha Waybright will always be one of my favorite characters of all time, and all the characters each hold their own place in my heart. Thank you so much Matt Braly, for everything.
Watching the series finale really felt bittersweet knowing that we had to say goodbye to all of these amazing/funny characters that we’ve grown to love. I’m really going to miss the funny frog show 🐸😭
Look at this dude... Okay actually not much to say beyond that your panic attack were giving ME panic attacks xD also while everyone was saying goodbye and you were crying your heart out I could only think "NOT FAIR! I'm supposed to be laughing at this dude! Not crying along with him T-T" yeah... Got to cry at this finale again so there's that. At the end of it all. Thanks for sharing your experience with us, until whatever comes next :)
To me it's interesting how when Marcy opened her eyes, the first person she saw was Sasha but the first person whose name she said was Anne. Pretty interesting
This is my first comment here but what a wild ride it was and I’m glad that I found this channel through this show (which may have lead me to blue, headband guy and zamber) and even though it’s the end this show will definitely stick with alot of us and can’t wait to see what’s next
Know what the best thing about watching reaction videos is it's a good way to pick up on things you miss even when you rewatch something several times. I'm embarrassed to say but this is the first time that I noticed the call back in the text message Marcy sent Sasha "Almost at the gate" She met "Marcy at the gate"
20:12 The millennium puzzle from yugioh is there It took yugi (main character of the original yugioh series) 8 years to complete it. That means that marcy completed it super quickly, given that she has finished 300 puzzles. Jesus christ.
32:45 The moment all of us Amphibifans got into K-pop: Edit: 32:59 translates to "Kill Me..." WHAT?! Edit 2: 45:33 *Suddenly, Mother Olm ex machina!* Edit 3: 47:10 COME TO PAPA!!!

Yes you are finally going to watching the owl house
@MatthematicalReactions I'm also like Anne when comes to high school lol

The guy that talked about the moon was RIGHT to hate it.
Remember when this was still just the silly frog show?
Man did it grow-
Guess I'll see you when season 4 starts.
*Starts laughing that transitions into crying*
i mean theres still animatics and clamity trio back together right? help im in denial

20:21 Matt: no no no this is so evil
*literally just a library*
An EVIL Library.
and behind the library was a diffrent EVILER library
This show just...
I don't know what to say
I think this (only behind Finn and Jake: Together Again) is the B E S T way to end a series
This finale has a lot of amazing things going for it
They wrapped up the story of Andreas and Leif spectacularly
Not to mention that amazing scene with the calamity trio getting their powers
And Anne's speach in the dream sequence...
I just... Don't know what shows to invest my time in without Amphibia (and pretty soon The Owl House)
Matt, you made these series' a million times better with your videos
THANKS A MILLION
There's always Ghost and Molly McGee?
You cried at the exact same part and moment that I cried at. I was getting teary eyed when Anne said goodbye to sprig and Hop Pop, but just seeing sprig there crying broke me. And just like you said, once i saw the credits i realised that it is finally over, and began crying again.
Amphibia Is the best Disney Show, hands down.
yes precisely
I watched the premiere on Disney channel and I kid you not when the original Anne died it went to commercials 💀💀💀
*"WE'LL BE RIGHT BACK TO THE SHOW- ON DISNEY CHANNEL! BA BA BADUM!!"*
i think it played some dog sitcom too 😭 i wasn’t there so i’m not sure but thats what i’ve heard
@@MatthematicalReactions *plays an ad for Thomas the tank engine or something*
anne dies WELL BE RIGHT BACK EVERYONE
Honestly, the best finale and overall best show to come out of Disney, in my opinion. I honestly relate too much with Marcy and Anne, and I legit cried during All In, True Colors, and many more episodes 😅. I will never forget this show, it was one heck of a ride.
I'm so glad I found this show. It's been an amazing run and had a message that meant alot to other people in their lives right now.
We will never forget you Amphibia
Always in our hearts
2019-2022
its the best thing ill ever watch
Honestly when I started watching this show a year ago, I never expected to relate to some of the characters as much as I did, especially Anne. Thanks to Matt for this amazing show, I’ll really miss it
I love the callbacks and parallels.
The Plantar Family dance. Anne/Andrias standing up to the person who keeps bossing them around. Anne's speech about loving herself reminded me of the scene in Best Fronds where she tells Sprig about what friends do for each other, and looking back, you realize she really didn't love herself. I made a video breaking down that scene. Just goes to show all the seeds really were planted in season 1
This show, man
“What a journey you and I have had.”
Was so excited for you to get into this show back when you put out the reaction to the first 2 episodes.
GOT DAMN IT< YOU GOT ME CRYING AGAIN MAN😭😭😭😭This show is so, SOOO Good!!! One of the Best Ending to a show, PERIOD!
you mean the best show
It’s finally here. I really need to thank you (and rain) for getting me to watch this show. It rose to my #3 and with very good reason.
from spooky tree attacks frog?!?! to THE FREAKING BEING RAMMED INTO AMPHIBIA BY AN ELDRIGE "GOD"
17:27 DARK TROOPER THEME MY BELOVED
another poor but grateful soul that finished this wonderful show
Finally, after a long day and two boring exams, I can finally sit down and watch THE amphibia finale reaction video. Watching you react to this series along with us has been a blast. Still can't believe it's over.
It's been almost 2 years and i still love this show😢😭
Amphibia is my favorite cartoon of all time and ive watched through it around 5 times, most were to show friends the magic of the silly frof show. One of my best friends had an asthma attack during true colors and changed their status on discord to "I cant believe i was traumatized by the show about funny teenagers and frogs"
I'm so glad i have the recording to look back on, even if they called me an evil supervillain for showing them the show.
Anywa, now that I've finally stumbled across your channel im gonna have to watch Everything because your content and editing is so great from what I've seen. Time for watchthrough number 6!! Reaction video edition. I Will read those funny encoded messages
Typos are because it's 1 am and I'm distracted waiting to watch Jojo stone ocean with my friend
Finally finished 'Amphibia'. A masterclass in children's animation.
yes yes it is
@@masudkhanartist8009
Still one of my favourites, even though I've moved on to "The Ghost and Molly McGee" and "The Loud House".
This finale had me in so many tears like oh my goodness this show was such an amazing adventure to watch from beginning to end
I'm sure other have mentioned this but I recommend watching the end credits of the finale episode that was skipped on the version you watched. The imagery, music, and final image that represents so much of the growth and connections in one image.
I watched those when they dropped an hour or two after the episode released
Beautiful stuff
I can’t believe they’d end Hollywood hop pop two like that. Can’t wait for the third one
Yea that and the REST of season 4
You know it is a sad death when even Grime is crying
This show was a journey, good and fair. And while it may be over, what it left behind will never go away. Whether it be the fandom's fiction, art, or just the memories it left in it's viewers.
Thanks for the story, Matt. You and your team both.
14:40 "Officially way too relatable fuck"
You can say that again
Thank you for sharing your reaction with us Matt, especially after how much trouble the video gave you with rendering. Glad to know that we both sobbed our way through the finale as well-- I was a MESS. It's such a special show and I'm just happy that we got to see it wrap up as Matt Braly intended (which is a privilege not all shows get these days). It's been a wild ride and thank you for sharing your side of the journey with your viewers! 🙏
45:35 "Oh, my frog look at mar mar" she would've loved Mother Olm if they spent more time together
The details of the time skip is just nice, you know it opens with "Marcy at the gates" and ends with
Sasha,Marcy,and Anne having a "Reunion"
WOW what a fantastic way to cap off this series, this must have been a BEAST to edit, thank you for all your work dude, its been a blast! More awesome shows still to come Im sure :)
It was more of a beast to render than to edit if we're being honest.
Can't wait for Brad to cry the same way
I'm sure gonna miss this show, but watching these reaction alongside it sure was a wild ride :)
I will never forget Amphibia
Damn, this was worth the wait. What a great end to a great show. I don't think anyone's gonna forget this show any time soon.
I recently decided to watch Amphibia because Owl House is so close to ending
I watched maybe the first three episodes at the same time and then I got to the weekend and binged it until I got to Thursday and finished it
In the span of two weeks this show has become perhaps my favourite show of all time
Over taking clone wars and avatar and owl house
I’ll never forget Amphibia or the message it’s given and I hope no one else will either
Welp, time to wait for both of their responses to Season 3 B!!
(That caused HEAVY mortality dread.)
this is the only show that makes my cry watching reactions of it
You can see in the aquarium that the frogs have the plantar house, the toad exhibit is shaped like toad tower, and the newt exhibit is shaped like the flying newtopia castle, I like to believe Anne made the mini plantar house and put it in there, and got the exhibits to be designed how they are just to be reminded daily of Amphibia (not to mention the other references like mother olm at the top of the doorway)
This show I will always hold dear to me and will probably be my favorite show for a very, very long time, Matt and the crew did an absolutely incredible job in creating a modern masterpiece that should get more recognition, at least a similar amount to the owl house and gravity falls, since it is pretty similar to those shows and rounds out the big three.
Genuinely surprised I didn’t hear the Undertale dust sound when Anne disappeared
THIS WAS SUCH A TEMPTING EDIT YOU HAVE NO IDEA
29:10 “this shot goes hard” is what that translates too
29:57 “An Ugly Ugly Ugly Hero”
32:59 “Kill me”
33:42 “This fucking scene bro, ow”
45:36 “oh my frog look at mar mar”
55:46 “Ah fuck, here we go”
This show truly is so beautiful.
It will always hold a special place in my heart.
a wonderful end to an incredible show and awesome road we've taken in these reactions dude we got lost in amphibia and boy did we find our own way in it
makin me cry before the reaction even starts 🥲
also 15:50 this edit killed me
Just finished this episode , it’s been an honor reliving this unforgettable adventure with u .
I’m not the type to get emotional while watching a show but this genuinely made me cry it was such a good show
I know for many that Marcy is best girl. I will never criticize that. As Sasha grew and improved she gained a legion of Sasha Stan’s. I’ll never begrudge them that. For me however, Anne Savisa Boonchuy is just the absolute best.
33:41 "This fucking scene bro, ow" all Marcy scenes are forever cursed with sadness
This show is such a great show
I was so hyped when it first got announced because I thought this along with The Owl House was going to fill the Gravity Falls shaped hole in my heart, I literally bumped "Welcome to Amphibia" for weeks.
10:45 My dude literally quotes the episode before even watching it
amphibia the greatest show ive watched and will ever watch this is just amazing the story telling is just so well done this is my all time favourite show i dont think any other thing can replace what amphibia is to me
I've been watching this show since it started in June 2019, mostly the reason I even went after it in the first place was to take my mind off of Star VS.
I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU GOT A SHOUTOUT FROM MATT HIMSELF THAT'S SO AWESOME!!!!!!
50:14
I literally was my same reaction when Anne was gonna call upon the spell and started crying in the process
Watching the series finale really felt bittersweet knowing that we had to say goodbye to all of these amazing/funny characters that we’ve grown to love. I’m really going to miss the funny frog show 🐸😭
and so am i
Thank you for making this video 📸📸!! Wonderful Work as always 🌷🌷 Can't wait to see more of your work in future 🔜🔜. Stay Safe & Excited to see more ⭐⭐.
I miss your two and one videos from amphibious season one reaction this is like a wonderful throwback my friend
Congrats on the shoutout from Matt Braly himself!!
It’s up! Love to see it, glad things worked out.
This was a really good reaction…I’m glad we were all able to go on this journey with you :)
Seeing Matt cry me first time
I'm so glad I can call Amphibia my favorite show of all time
The Matt clip at the end got me…..
God...
"Please let there be some like-"
*White Leaves*
I still very much loved the finale even I saw the leak for it. Thank you Amphibia for being the funny frog show that gave us trauma.
Im glad you love anne too
Look at this dude...
19:32 YOU ARE LITERALLY THE CARTOON PROPHET- YOUR BITS GOOFS AND GAFS KNOW ALL
when i saw the finale i couldn’t stop crying like all day and my brother found me crying xD but beautiful reaction and goodbye amphibia!
This is my first comment here but what a wild ride it was and I’m glad that I found this channel through this show (which may have lead me to blue, headband guy and zamber) and even though it’s the end this show will definitely stick with alot of us and can’t wait to see what’s next
I loved the remix of No Big Deal during the calamity form showcase.
I haven’t cried by a show since the Gravity Falls finale.
Bout to watch mat cry himself into dehydration while eating popcorn let’s go
Know what the best thing about watching reaction videos is it's a good way to pick up on things you miss even when you rewatch something several times. I'm embarrassed to say but this is the first time that I noticed the call back in the text message Marcy sent Sasha "Almost at the gate" She met "Marcy at the gate"
"Am I in the Mental State for this?" No. No you are not.
20:12
The millennium puzzle from yugioh is there
It took yugi (main character of the original yugioh series) 8 years to complete it. That means that marcy completed it super quickly, given that she has finished 300 puzzles. Jesus christ.
WE HAVE A MOVIE TO WATCH TONIGHT BOYS! (and girls and Nbs) expect sappy comment later
I was working a double shift and wasn’t allowed to be on my phone. But I finally turned it back on and saw this! Going to watch it right now!
Came here from the Brad videos... me too, man.
32:45 The moment all of us Amphibifans got into K-pop:
Edit: 32:59 translates to "Kill Me..." WHAT?!
Edit 2: 45:33 *Suddenly, Mother Olm ex machina!*
Edit 3: 47:10 COME TO PAPA!!!
Bye bye amphibia ill never forget you.
49:35 the extreme catharsis oh my gosh. I remember how hard that line hit.
50:52 * heavy breathing*
“how are you alive?”
* continues dying*
