    When you are proficient at recognizing what you can control and what you cannot control, it’s amazing how much simpler your journey becomes as a coach or athlete.
    However, it blows my mind how many elite competitors still get hung up and hooked on things outside of their control.
    If you want to become the best version of yourself and win more often, you must learn how to differentiate between what you can control, what you can influence, and what you cannot control. Then, choose to GO ALL IN on what you can control.
    When you put time, energy and focus into aspects of performance that you cannot control, you are wasting precious resources that need to be better invested. Focusing on what you cannot control is a self-defeating game and actually helps the opposition in the process.
    With this worksheet below, you as a coach or athlete will finally get clarity on what you can control and what you cannot.
    This is the #1 mental performance drill I do with my clients, has been for years and remains the primary foundation of all of my work. Controlling what you can control and letting go of what you cannot.
