Looks like ECS had their supplier package that thing very well. I would color match the item since the car is going in for paint all at once. Buy a second one if you want to rock a black one. Also, if you do rock a black one, get it ceramic coated or wrapped black then coated, or painted black then ceramic coated. Texas sun is obviously more intense than what you're dealing with, but out here we have to protect our paint to the max.
yeah they definitely didn’t want them getting damaged in shipping lol. I will definitely be ceramic coating the spoiler to protect it from the sun.
I say the spoiler colormatched laser red would be best. It would flow nicely and it would look custom af. 🤘

Don’t paint it. Car color is perfect and black looks great on it. When you drive it will be visible. If you paint it it will look a part of car not as extra accessory on it. But it is your car and your call matters. Overall looks insane 👍

Hey man awesome video. How's this holding up? Thinking of buying one but I saw some reviews saying the corners don't stay stuck down?
Love it so far but the reviews are right about the corners
They don’t include enough preinstalled tape to hold it down. So some good double sided tape and a heat gun to heat the piece and panel a bit are a must.
@@CIPGAS did you take all the tape that came with it off and apply something stronger? Or just added extra strips to the corners?

I did clean it off, just didn’t wanna show you guys me dealing with goo gone for 30 minutes lol. But I don’t think it would’ve been in the way regardless

How long did it take to ship to you? My reseal kit and timing kit...etc for my b5 s4 took a month just to ship 😂
I got it in 4 days. Can only imagine they’re having a hard time sourcing parts from suppliers to complete the kits because of Covid.
I’ve been trying to mold something like this for a while myself, looks like I might just ditch what I’m doing n buy this.
I know this would be easier but the one you mold would be so unique.

hey man, in regards to tuning from bi turbo to single; Did you use the factory ECU? And if you did use the factory ECU, were there any difficulties tuning the single turbo?
1 more thing, what tuning programme did you use?
Hey thank you! I am using the factory ECU and have had no issues with tuning. Most of that is a result of using a great tuner . Brad at German Elite Tuning
