Hello! I was happy to find your video. My box is not working. It has a red light on it. I’ve tried everything… Unplugging and plugging back in, getting a new HDMI cord. Nothing works. I tried this and it doesn’t either.
This does not work for me at all. I am getting Cant load Android system error and it won't let me select the Factory data reset. None of the remote ways I have seen are working. Im about to give up. I have been googling and trying stuff for almost 3 days.

Try this. Go to settings, then go to apps, then force close any app that are open and clear cache.
My problem is my S2 remote went out, I purchased another remote from Amazon, but can't seem to program it. Can you Help?

I've tried the period and zero till I'm blue in the face. Lol
