Our remote stopped working. The center light on the remote would not even come on. It would not activate the super box at all. Changed batteries and cleaned the connections that were easy to get to and still nothing. We unscrewed the tiny screws and the remote comes apart easily. My wife cleaned the backside of the battery connectors and also used an emery board to sand them down some to remove undetectable corrosion. The remote started working like a champ.
I figured out you can use a computer mouse to navigate on the superbox. just plug it in the usb. I perfer a cordless mouse. I was super excited until i left the damn mouse at work.
