@@DoubleTakeJC Yes! It came out exactly 2 months ago. In this album he wrote 13 out of 15 songs only by himself and co produced. It is his most vulnerable album yet. He has 2 songs in it dedicated to his daughter. If you want to know more I can help 🥰 He's done a lot of interviews and explained each song.
Zayn is a fan of Frank Ocean since he was in 1D. For his debut album Zayn got Frank Oceans producer Malay to produce his debut album Mind of Mine [R&B alternative, pop and various other genres]. He and Malay would record the album in various locations and even went camping and recorded that way. Malay wrote a lovely piece on Zayn's music and working with Zayn in Zayn's 2016 autobiography. Unfortunately you may be disappointed with the album as its raw and without any autotuned and without much gimmicks or alterations. Zayn in his rolling stone interview mentioned that the imperfections were intentional as he didn't want to do second takes and capture the raw emotion and feeling. His live performances are more perfected and honed in as he is able to practice the songs more.

you guys should react to his song "Alienated" Live, it was the first live performance he released and also check out the album. This song wasnt as good as the other songs on his album.
