5:28 “dear diary, today Todd smiled at me in class” 😂😂😂😂 fucking Greg. Gotta love his random sprinkles of dry humor

Instead of “get offline”, I have picked 3 good resources only thru RUclips to provide education / motivation for training. Helps me stay on track, stay motivated, and use my own brain along with the info from credible resources.

Superb advice. Not just for weightlifters, but for anyone who's serious about getting better at anything.

I've been getting discouraged lately due to lack of progress and comparing myself to other lifters who are way smaller than me but lift twice as much.
    Really needed this!

Journaling is also really nice if you're down on yourself and your progress, having months or years worth of training records to look back on can help a lot to see how far you've come along. I know it's helped me when I've been beating myself up.

Great video! Thank you for all the great content you release. I just started my Oly lifting journey about 16 weeks ago after 6 years of powerlifting and strongman training. Your videos have been the driving factor in my success with the oly lifts. Thank you for everything!

Great video.....I like your training philosophy. I have been Lifting only 6 months and at times have felt like packing it in but you are on the money with your advice. Love the specific journaling...will incorporate this for sure !
