It's pretty crazy. She was like this evil thing that formed as a counter to Charles in his mother's womb, but she was so evil he killed her in a psychic fight, and their mother miscarried her. Her consciousness somehow survived, and she slowly reformed a new body. Then things got real crazy...
I don't think they're going to go that deep into it. I think that was the Master Mold that got "destroyed" by the damn breach in episode 7 of the original series.
She wanted the mutants and humans to go war
