Ingredients
1 kg Prawns (cleaned and deveined)
To marinate Prawns
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tbsp salt
For Balchao masala
15 kashmiri dried chillies
5 byadgi dried chillies
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Pepercorns
1/2 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp geera
1 inch cinammon
1 and 1/2 inch ginger
15-18 garlic cloves
3-4 tbsp sugar
1 and 1/2 cup Goan vinegar
Salt as per taste
oil as needed
2 onions( finely chopped)
