In Video #5, we discuss how to have scrolling text displayed on the LED display and then add on an animation into the same program. We are using LEDedit2013 with a T10000S controller and ws2801 led strips.

awesome tutorials! built my own display (19x17) and it works awesome but now I want to build a bigger one! how many leds will this power supply handle safely? how do I add additional power supplies? just terminate the power connection after x number of rows and ad another power supply?

I have a question. So i have my snowboard and im installing leds all over it and i want to Bluetooth it to my phone so the lights shoot up with the song, which led box/ board ( sry im kinda new to all this led stuff ) would be best for this 😁😊
is there any tool out there to figure out how many led to cover let say like a 8x10 wall how many volts ext.?
Can i use this softwere to record a video from youtube using the record button and use this to make a video? And can i reproduce that on the LED display? I want to do the same thing, but with a bunch of them, just like a TV.

What kind of strip did you use? strip rgb 5050 controller?
the leds in this strip are independently controlled by each of the ICs (independent controllers) so they can say 'led one change to blue, led two change to green...' without making all the leds do that
