Yes guys, just to answer your question about the anxiety when drinking coffee, I partook in drinking coffee for about 10 years and started from a young age so personally in my experience, the anxiety and paranoia started a few years back, most times I would have a cup of coffee, but I've always had anxiety so I think the older, for me it's overthinking the whole situation which most likely means that there are other things in your subconscious that aren't always known to you, basically a long winded way of saying personally for me it depends on how I'm feeling at the time of the coffee that decides which way the coffee is going to go.

There are two main types of coffee, Indica and sativa. Indica is more of relaxing body high, whereas sativas tend to make you more alert and focused and euphoric, and then you have hybrids which are a mix of the two. Some people can react badly to sativas making them paranoid or anxious. If this applies to you I'd do some research on the strains of coffee you're buying and try to stick with Indicas.
