I love this! Goldenflower doesn't get as much love in the books/fandom. She has been through a hell of a lot. I can only imagine her grief as she found out that her son, Swift was killed because he wanted to prove himself. And after having Bramble and Tawny she tried to stand up for them but since their father was Tigerclaw they couldn't be trusted. I feel terrible for her and the life she went through. This would cause more conflict as his clanmates would further their belief that "Bramblepaw is going to be JUST like Tigerclaw!". But this only fuels the determination he has to protect his mother and sister? (Now, time skip to when Squirrel paw is apprenticed.) And YES, I DISLIKE SQUIRREL × BRAMBLE. Anyways, due to Squirrel'paw's downright fiery spirit and rebellious attitude, Bramble'thorn would be conflicted with the young she-cat. For example, one moment, she would have playful teasing and banter, then the next (mainly when another clan mate is around), she would become bitter and cold to the tom. This is an amazing pmv! I genuinely feel so bad for goldenflower, she was willing to give up everything for others, and her generosity got taken advantage of so many times. Yet she kept going, and was in my opinion, one of the best minor characters in the books.
the slightly-off lines, the fuzzy filter, the flower symbolism, the panels increasing when tigerstar dies, the fact that this is about goldenflower at all, i just love every choice that was made for this pmv

So excited! Edit: I love this! I love the effects, the way the coloring is slightly offset, and flower losing petals (it’s similar to the he loves me, he loves me not game!) It’s definitely one of my favorite PMVs.
WOW WOW WOW This animation format is fire!!! I love the way the single square spreads onto the whole screan and then just scatters in the final parts. Apart from being artistically pleasing it really goes a long way to show the impact that Tigerstars death had on Goldenflower, truly a tragic character! Also many people have pointed this out but the "he loves me, he loves me not" pattern mirroring Golden's life from when she fell in love onwards is pure genius (So glad it ended on "he loves me not", the queen deserves better then some wannabe Scar)
