    Very nice video if u dont mind i have a question where did start cooking i want to start it profesionnel but idk where to start culinarie scholl or internships ? nice manging kitchen clean and perfect

    Mixing salad with a glove that just handled raw chicken is rather hinky.

      @@daBEAR010203 maybe because salmon is generally eaten raw, although still liable, as long as it was prepped and wash safely before sealing, it might be safer than raw chicken? although i probably would have swapped the glove after handling the bacon/pancetta(?)

      Looks like some Italian and genericized european-type restaurant work. Lots of pasta and fairly universal stuff like salads, plus what LOOKED like chicken marinara on a salad. Good stuff!
