Justin- I have a similar vintage Colonial grandfather how did you remove the face? I think the movement I'm trying to work on is similar to yours from what I can see from the side panels. I need to look again, but I don't see the four posts going through the face into the movement with clips. Anything you could suggest would be appreicated

I removed the hands first then removed the face via the wood blocks holding it in place.
