3:05 I think given the context of the fight this actually works in its favor. This song is basically one big tug of war between Sonic and Metal. The first chorus has lyrics that match Sonic while the second has lyrics that matches Metal this is even mentioned in IDW. Before the guitar solo starts you here a "HEY!" In a very aggressive and deeper tone compared to the rest of the song, almost as if Metal is grabbing control of the song and making one last push to prove he is the real Sonic. Then the solo kicks in and it feels very chaotic and desperate in the beginning and makes you feel like you dont know who will pull through and win. Then at 3:35-3:40 the notes go down (I'm no music expert) making you think that Metal is winning. Only for the notes to gradually climb up afterwards. Then at around 3:43 you can hear the chord progression climb higher (I think) until it reaches it's peak at 3:46 with Johnny's vocals coming back with a triumphant "YEAH!" Like Sonic just broke through and gained the upper hand and control of the track.

I always loved the His World solo, it's not crazy shreddy it's simple but so effective it just oozes 2000s punk rock with the octaves and its plays the melody with so much feel and emotion.

I like the crush 40 his world just for the vocals... his world main version literally nailed the rap and instrumentation, but the dude who screams iN THIS WOrLDddd makes me wanna spit ... like the whole song is so good, and there you go... it's ruined.. notice how in crush 40 his world.. the main melody starts from a higher note and slowly comes down ... .. it just feels good and same for endless possibility singer... no offence but I'm so addicted to Johnny and Tony harness's vocals that these people feel like mid 30 men singing in bathroom ...
