It only works in OnlineCTR, I do it that way because when I want to put all my skins in vanilla the game will crash, for some strange reason that doesn't happen in OnlineCTR

i can answer why the vactrica mod does not work outside of ctr online, this is because onlinectr uses a ram and cpu expansion for ps1, however this can also be done in vanilla, if people want it i can help vactrica to port it, for adventure mode it just need a randomizer mod and it will be able to show bots with custom models
