April behind bars food delivery challenge

April behind bars is a challenge set forth upon thee on the 1st of April by @wilcer of L.A. So far im way behind, first 3 days of april rained throughout out. 4th day i got to go out on the scooter for some deliveries. Ran the car on the first 3 days in the rain, but driving is frustrating. So far about 400$ were achived.

In Florida, a lot of cars have a dark translucent piece of plastic over the tag so the toll road cameras can't read them. You can see the number, but it's hard to make out.

Is lane-filtering still OK in DC? Last I heard it was completely normalized and everyone was doing it, seems to be even moreso the case now right?
