Energy can flow from a fully charged capacitor into the system, the bulb seems brighter at 9:28 than it is at 10:56, probably the drill drained the capacitor. Try it without the capacitor been fully charged, or without capacitor. The siphon and the idea are amazing though.

2nd The speed of the generator is too low, I have tested with a proper 800w PMgenerator with load and no load u can feel the bogging when loaded. So sorry bro I don’t buy this, may power a LED lamp, but not that 500w drill. Anyway it’s a good try.

Well this works for maybe one minute (the time for the upper tank to be empty). Then you have to fill it again, which will actually take more energy than you get from this turbine.
But the conversion of motor to a generator is nice, Better place it under a real natural cascade however, if you don't have a way to fill this tank automatically.

The biggest problem I have is he is using a shaded pole motor fan. Which run just slightly slower than the ac frequency due to slippage. Sadly his generator is rotating way slower than the frame rate of the camera and even when you double the rpm to get output frequency with the 4 pole magnet the fan is just spinning way to fast for the speed and expected frequency of the generator. I’m not going to even get into the actual power you can expect out of it. Which spoiler is quite low.

This is not perpetual, but this siphon method thus works, used in irrigations. If applied as a system, water could be replenished with water reservoir from rain with some mechanical valve to control water levels in the tub or pail like container.

That tiny water mill is turning the axes of a 120/240 volt home fan that he spent the entire first part of the video showing us how to convert a common household motor into a Permanent Magnet Generator/Alternator by lining the center stator with magnets that spin. The modified motor then acts like a car's alternator that keeps every car batt topped off and powers things like radio amps massive subwoofers, lights, coil to spark plugs to run the engine, all operating between 12-14 volts D/C. However, by using a home power appliance the 120/240V fan motor, he can power other home appliaces that use the same home 120/240 volts A/C and draw almost as much as or less current than the Permanent Magnet Generator as the formally fan turned PMA. People use scrapped car alternators and modify them into Permanent Magnet Alternators, put fan blades and make 12 volt wind turbines out of them to usually supplement solar arrays/batt bank/inverter setups and portable solar powered generators.
That large sulver capacitor he also added that sits right behind the PMA generator greatly helps when running things like the power drill and is why we do not see the light bulb dimming as he turns on the drill.. If you have installed your own subwoofer systems in cars you would know if your lights are dimming when the subwoofer slaps, you need to add a Capacitor inline because the alternator is struggling to supply enough power. A high torque motor like a drill does have a higher current draw at start up like most motors, and that capacitor is buffering the current spikes as he stabs the drill a couple times, i was hoping he would put it under load and sustain on the trigger while drilling a few holes and see what happens. The light might begin to dim, in which case just let off the trigger of the drill for a moment and the capacitor will recharge right back up instantly and then continue drilling more holes or powering other things...
