Thank you for this. My doctor just recommended I change to a Mediterranean diet to reduce my cholesterol and get my other levels back to normal to reduce the risk of diabetes. Really hate cooking so love anything that takes less than 15 minutes!

I did keto for 6 months and ended up needing my gallbladder removed. It was excruciating pain. My doctor also recommended the Mediterranean diet, wish I had taken her advice.
I stuff mine with cream cheese, greek yogurt, or other soft cheese and add a variety of seasonings. Everything seasoning is a house family favorite! We've also wrapped them in bacon and broiled them.

I've been exploring various diets, but none have been working for me. I've yet to see one that allows wraps or any other kind of bread. I think I might could handle this type diet. What is the best and worst of this type diet? How strict is it?
