Thank you. If more of our Men, mothers, sisters, dads, cousins, aunts, uncles, grandparents, neighbors & healthcare professionals said simply what you said a lot more healing and disclosure would happen. Instead the abused are "stoned" in our society.
Rape violates a person - life is never the same again however many years pass by - thank-you Claudia for being willing to share this difficult subject! 😘😘🤗
I “forgave” my abusers and their enablers because I deserve peace. I will never forget though. It will never be okay, even if they say sorry. It is what it is, and I am stronger 💓
Forgiveness is more for you than the other person. It allows you to live in the fullness of life...and not spending any additional energy on a situation. God bless you.
I understand you perfectly. That's what is wrong with Claudia. She will always be tormented and filled with hate until safe lets it go. This is not her story. She's living her abuse through No like e who was brought to justice. She never named her rapist. That's who she should be talking about.
You know what? You’re right. They balance each other’s views right. And Syleenas good at clearing up what someone says that may not have come out the way it was instead.
Being raped, sexually abused or molested effects a woman for the rest of her life. It is not something we just get over no matter how many years has passed since it happened. I agree with Claudia and Syleena, we should only forgive the perpetrators for ourselves and not for them. We never ever get over being raped or sexually abused we learn to deal with what has happened, we go through years of therapy and we eventually heal. I love these ladies!!.
Reality: Some don't. Even with therapy and trying to heal and "forgive." Some have tragic ends. Or life long struggles and deal with substance abuse that is not because they are weak or not "highly favored." Casualties of trauma. No eventually in sight for some.
This is good and healing I’m going through this as a father of a young lady who was raped. At times I feel like I failed her as a father. But I know I can’t protect all the time. We are both healing. Keep us lifted!!!!
I really enjoy the conversations with these ladies.I feel like this is such an important topic because this is real. There is not enough done to protect the black woman.
This conversation was needed. Many people are dealing with things and won’t open up about them and that’s how the perpetrators are getting away with it. But the one thing you didn’t mention is how too women and men help the perpetrators in their deeds. Knowing they’ve done wrong but are more willing to help cover or cultivate the crime than they are to help you heal.
Just look at that young lady Toyin who was just murdered. A few days before the man murdered her she spoke out on social media about him raping her and people bashed her because she was saying a BLACK man did those things to her. People said she was being divisive nd essentially telling her to be quiet. Days later she went missing and was found murdered.
What Claudia is saying is that we understand the plight of black men and to that end the black woman but how long do we have to hold black men up while they tear down the women. In order for the healing to start is to acknowledge the act regardless of status and/or prominence and hold them accountable. Because you are holding someone accountable doesn’t mean you are destroying them, the hope is to get some accountability in order to heal. When some of these people commit acts of abuse or some other form of trauma there is this thing that as black people we can’t speak on it. It’s not the right time or I know that person and they didn’t mean it that way. Using that language further exacerbates the notion that it’s ok. Now is the time to put it all out. We can’t move forward with black lives matter towards white people and not say it to our own.
I have much more to say on this subject. When we allow years of oppression to continue and yes black people can oppress other black and brown folks. When we do that and get fed up with the act of oppression, the comment then comes well why you tearing down the black man. For years we have idly sat bad and knowingly contributed to Folx narrative. R. Kelly and Bill Cosby are a perfect example of that.
@@claudiajordanreal You kept it all the way real and nothing wrong with that... So much to say, I have to put it in a book with all that I need to say. Thanks again.
Thanks for sharing your story, Claudia. I'm a male that was molested at a young age. I can most definitely agree with things Claudia mentioned. For me, I have reoccurring moments of anger, mixed with what-ifs, mixed with isolation. I'm in therapy now but even with therapy, there are those reoccurring moments in life that just don't go away.
Yassss Claudia I'm with you I don't care how long ago it was it is NOT OK and you don't forget. I applaud you for calling out this injustice and revictimization of rape survivors...... as DEAD AS WRONG.... you cannot tell a person how to grieve or put healing on a timeframe.
But it's the pass nd it was resolved nd forgotten about so what's her purpose in bringing up old stuff anyways there's got to be a reason behide it that's not good
@Kathryn Dorsey listen,God is the only one who can judge him,not other ppl. It's between him nd God if he ask the lady for forgiveness or not.Plus why should I be concerned about what he did in the pass that's not my concern. But I will tell you this everything you said is wrong.God do not except it nd neither do I bc it's not my pass or life. And what a person did in the pass is what they did in the pass,it's old nd forgotten. The only ppl that cannot leave old things in the pass are ppl who cannot let go of old things.God said's in his word,Old things have passed away behold all things have become new.You shouldn't be concerned about what someone did in their pass,it's not your business nd life goes on.Whatever was resolved nd done in the pass between MT nd that lady it was alonggggg time ago nd not what's going on now. That's how confusion starts, ppl like yourself who loves to go back nd dwell in the pass.Clean up the sins out of your heart,nd not out of anybody else. For me I know what God's word said's nd means,so I know to leave old things alone nd be forgotten nd move forward towards better things.Everyone will haven't to stand before God nd be judged for everything they did on earth when they were living. So you cannot tell me I need to be concerned about someone else's pass bc I'm not bc it's not my business nor pass or yours
This was such a powerful and NEEDED conversation. So many people have blinders on and you wanna support Black Lives, but not really support the individual. I've seen so many black people tear each other down for speaking their truth because it doesn't align with theirs or their feelings and then turn around and hashtag #blacklivesmatter. Growth is uncomfortable, have the needed conversations.
Damn! This hit to the core! A topic that many people just don’t understand. If a person. Has never been raped, then they have no idea exactly what that word FEEL like. They clearly don’t understand what it feel like to suffer in silence.

Damnnn this is so deep, until Mike apologises there is no forgiveness and he admitted it if he admitted it he did it then we gone need a public apology. If you a Judas you a Judas Black, white, puter rican or Asian
@@Sandra-rt3ez that doesn't answer the question. Mike Tyson that he didn't rape the woman and had said that he spend time in prison for a crime that he didn't commit....if he's being truthful, what does he have to apologize for. Alot of bad choices were made that night, why do women just assign him guilt when noone was there and knows the real truth
Mike Tyson never admitted to raping that woman. He said in anger that he should have done it because he went to prison for it, but he's been very consistent and adamant that he didn't do it
It's the lack of remorse and disrespect. Everyone doesn't value celebrity and money. Most people follow celebrity and money. I get it...how do you get over it if there is no care and there has been no repentance and acknowledgement of the truth.
Thank you Claudia for sharing your truth and being a wonderful friend. This show is so important and I wish people in our community would understand that we can talk about more than one problem and stop the celebrity can-do-no-wrong worship. I totally feel Claudia . The timing of airing this interview is odd as Fox is discussing his Tyson film . Sometimes media can create interpersonal discourse amongst us .
Magnificent Ladies! I just had the exact same conversation with my fiance. If I'm expressing myself to you(him), why is this that I'm perceived as being angry? I'm a very happy woman, however, if I'm sad, upset, or even angry, angry isn't the only emotion that I'm feeling.. Sigh! Fortunately, I was able to get through to him..He saw the pain on my face and and heard it in my voice. He broke and cried for me and with me. He understood...he got it! So ladies we have to be able to have the uncomfortable conversations within our homes, amongst our peers, family and hopefully with strangers. Love your beautiful platform. Love all of you and what you stand for...empowerment, education and love for the community..
I do believe that Tami came back and said that she felt like that was not Claudia’s story to tell but someone elses. And now that it’s coming up again it could be bringing up old memories that maybe this young lady was not ready to talk about. I don’t think that Tami was saying it didn’t happen and that we shouldn’t talk about it but the timing of it all and that it wasn’t your story to tell. And to bring it to this platform instead of leaving it to IG has not made this even bigger. I hope the young lady is not embarrassed by all this and that it doesn’t take her back to that time mentally which could be detrimental to her healing. This is my opinion.
Thank You Claudia....much respect Beautiful O So Gorgeous Queen......we share that experience.....so proud of you to unleash your pain ..prayers for healing
Amen 🙏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 Yes! Accountability, I’m here for it! We all need to hold each other accountable PERIOD! We cannot ignore the issues we have in our community, issues that we need to fix ourselves. Not everything is the “white mans fault”; the black community need to step up and support each other, especially the most vulnerable among us which are black women and children!
Hey ladies love your show thanks for the updates on what's going on continue to uplift each other continue to support the different opinions of people.
We have to stop making excuses for sexual predators and abusers -- no matter who they are, or what color they might be. Nobody (and I mean nobody) has the right to violate your body, or discount your "NO"! Too many women are molested by their fathers, stepfathers, uncles, brothers, neighbors, guardians, counselors, religious leaders, figures-of-authority, and ostensible protectors and mentors... Rape is not a situation of let bygones be bygones; not a time for kumbaya. NO MEANS NO! Claudia, Sis, I co-sign....
I understand Claudia's perspective. Forgiveness is something she needs to pray about and sit with. I hope her heart heals and that she can use her pain for a purpose. Babygirl as a black man I pray for you. I pray your heart is healing forgiveness is a journey BUT IT DOESN'T MEAN FORGET. BUT PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE FIND FORGIVENESS SO YOU CAN NOT BE HELD IN THAT DARK PLACE.

Thank you love you and keep giving real for REAL...
It is so hard for people to understand if you have not experience rape or abuse. I am 47 and it affects every part of my life. The details don’t matter but the pain that is inside can not be fully repaired. If people fight in a war in which they were trained for but come back wounded in spirit & you can empathize. Why can’t people empathize for people who are not trained to deal with a violation of the most delicate personal part of life. As Claudia said it effects every part of life. Even if you can heal there are triggers that make you feel like you are there all over again.
I agree they're not immune because they're black and criticizing individuals don't mean you're criticizing the entire race, just make sure you are just criticizing the individual and not the race.

I’m telling you, I cannot express my appreciation enough for this show!
I agree with Claudia 100% - no forgiveness for rape and murder.
and there is no forgiveness for Claudia calling black men pet monkeys, especially, with what is going on today. Do your research
@@jacquig7118 of course because name calling is equivalent to rape and murder 😩
Claudia, I feel your pain, and I'm so sorry you are hurting, I pray that you get better , and you did or said nothing wrong
I have so much love for Claudia! Keep speaking your truth. You're helping so many women by doing so. We stand with you💕
This is so raw and powerful! I feel her pain!
We heal when revealing our truths. Thank you. #MeToo 🙏🏾💜🕊
I just would like to thank you ladies for having this platform and I hope you continue to share this with us.
As a black men Claudia thank you for breaking that down and I do agree
This was such a powerful and NEEDED conversation. So many people have blinders on and you wanna support Black Lives, but not really support the individual. I've seen so many black people tear each other down for speaking their truth because it doesn't align with theirs or their feelings and then turn around and hashtag #blacklivesmatter. Growth is uncomfortable, have the needed conversations.
We love you Claudia for speaking up and having courage!!! Keep doing what you're doing sis!
Love you ladies! Always honest, constructive conversation. Keep up the good work.
You ladies are powerful and strong! I love your conversation. Here's to speaking your truth! Stay keeping it 💯
But you have to remember that forgiveness it's not for them it's for you, unforgivness holds you hostage
Iyanla Vanzant said, "A wound needs a witness to heal."
Thank You!!! For your sincerity in these conversations that are so important to have 👏🏽👏🏽 you’re all wonderful ladies!
Damn! This hit to the core! A topic that many people just don’t understand. If a person. Has never been raped, then they have no idea exactly what that word FEEL like. They clearly don’t understand what it feel like to suffer in silence.
This needed to be talked about,
Claudia, I'm soooo sorry you've experienced such an atrocity!!! I pray that you are able to release the pain and the offender. Trust me, he WILL NOT GET AWAY!!!! Whatever a person sows, they will reap!!!! Be free Queen!!
Damnnn this is so deep, until Mike apologises there is no forgiveness and he admitted it if he admitted it he did it then we gone need a public apology. If you a Judas you a Judas Black, white, puter rican or Asian
Well that's on hom nd between him nd God
Mike Tyson has adamantly said that he didn't do it, so if that is true what does he have to apologize for.
He said in anger that he should have done it because he went to prison for it, but he's been very consistent and adamant that he didn't do it
Thank you Claudia!!
It's the lack of remorse and disrespect. Everyone doesn't value celebrity and money. Most people follow celebrity and money. I get it...how do you get over it if there is no care and there has been no repentance and acknowledgement of the truth.
T L totally agree. Like Malcolm X stated. “ The Black women in America is the most unprotected women”.
SPEAK CLAUDIA!!!!!! SPEAK GIRL!!!! Absolutely!
Thank you Claudia for sharing your truth and being a wonderful friend. This show is so important and I wish people in our community would understand that we can talk about more than one problem and stop the celebrity can-do-no-wrong worship. I agree with Syleena why can't black women share our stories without the uncalled for labeling?
Claudia so glad to see that you are resilient because you are here, helping others. It’s so sad you every thought about suici&e. This platform is much needed. It’s time for community accountability. And it will start with black men. Rise up brothers and care for your community.
Im here for all of you ladies... I am a big fan of the show... Keep up the good work.
Syleena said it best! That was a WORD!
Real talk from real women! 💯
Thank you for saying what needs to be said. We may put up a strong face, but inside we're still soft innocent delicate women and girls who need love. Please know this and protect us, support us love us, and acknowledge us. And always know that we will always travel this journey and all journeys with you. We love you Black men.
I agree with Claudia. Period
Oh I’m sad Claudia went through what she did....I hope she finds healing and comfort for the long term 💜🙏🏾
Claudia is as real as they come. Love her.
Thanks for being transparent
Thank you 👑 Queen Claudia, this talk was needed.💯
Thank You Claudia....much respect Beautiful O So Gorgeous Queen......we share that experience.....so proud of you to unleash your pain ..prayers for healing
Yes she was right to talk about it.
I love Claudia and they couldn’t have gotten a better host... she is very real and authentic and fair individual... God bless her ❤️
POWERFUL conversation Queens - thank you
Claudia Jordon your right who knows it feels it you carry this life long
Go Claudia!!!!!! Yesssssssss
We as women have to take accountability for our actions as well.
Thank you for saying that.
He needed to be stopped, I pray someone reported him, 4 different girls on the same bus
I don’t blame you Claudia, I don’t forgive shit either.
Truth is truth 💯 it is what it is Amen
Cj ..That’s my boo..She is so real
Excellent NECCESSARY conversation. I applaud you Ladies. We have to do better for the community by speaking truth.
I so love you all and this show! Please keep speaking up and speaking your truth! The black woman will no longer be silenced😘
Black women, I Love You❤💯..
Yes Claudia Jordan I have been sexually abused as a child
Claudia, you a one million% correct!!!
What a group of powerful beautiful women. Wow. They're are totally correct
Yess ladies!
First of all let say this, you four beautiful black successful women deserve the highest praise for sharing your life experiences with us to let us know were not alone anymore so thank each and every one you for using your plate form to educate people about rape, murder and abuse on any level. Period. And with that being said I look forward to seeing you guys when your on and looking black girl beautiful each of you are powerful strong black weman in your own right that I feel that all of you were created for something much greater and bigger than yourselves and that is all of are giving us right now.
@claudiajorden thank for saying your truth. I wish i was a strong as you
I agree they're not immune because they're black and criticizing individuals don't mean you're criticizing the entire race, just make sure you are just criticizing the individual and not the race.
Amen Claudia!🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
