I think Charles should step aside from the throne. I've always wonder why his mother at such an advance age remains on the throne, is it to protect the monarchy and Charles? She would live to see the honor given her if she retired, and still have the same privilege as Queen. Usually really love these stories y'all do but I believe some of what was said is misleading info. HM didn't attend the wedding because she couldn't. Not because she didn't want to. As well, both Princess' do still have to curtsy when Camilla is with Charles. So not completely accurate and misleading.
Anne was never a serious contender to the throne. Charles is the oldest child. Anne moved down the ranks when Andrew and then Edward were born due to the rule of male primogeniture, boys before girls. This rule has been changed with William’s kids but it is not retroactive. It would have been a much more difficult situation for the monarchy if Charles hadn’t had any kids and Andrew had been next in line after him. Given his history as a criminal involved with underage girls and human trafficking it would probably have been the end of the monarchy if he was in line to take over. Fortunately that is not going to happen as Charles has those two sons and they each have kids of their own.

Usually really love these stories y'all do but I believe some of what was said is misleading info. HM didn't attend the wedding because she couldn't. Not because she didn't want to. As well, both Princess' do still have to curtsy when Camilla is with Charles. So not completely accurate and misleading.

Anne was never a serious contender to the throne. Charles is the oldest child. Anne moved down the ranks when Andrew and then Edward were born due to the rule of male primogeniture, boys before girls. This rule has been changed with William’s kids but it is not retroactive.
It would have been a much more difficult situation for the monarchy if Charles hadn’t had any kids and Andrew had been next in line after him. Given his history as a criminal involved with underage girls and human trafficking it would probably have been the end of the monarchy if he was in line to take over.
Fortunately that is not going to happen as Charles has those two sons and they each have kids of their own.
