Supreme court judgement can be overruled by higher bench of supreme court. If it's a judgement of 3 judge bench it can be overruled by 5 or 7 judges bench or higher bench Example, Golak Nath case was overruled in kesavanandha Bharathi case
In the District Court, one civil case, relating to dispute of ownership, in one immovable property has ended in favour of the Plaintiff. The Respondent appealed in the same court and again it was decided in favour of the Plaintiff. Aggrieved of the decision, the Respondent appealed in the High Court, where it was dismissed as "uncontested. Case dismissed". What it actually denote and what is the further remedy available to the Respondent. Kindly clarify.
magistrate is the person who deals in the criminal cases and judge are the person who deals in the civil sides, the both magistrate and the judge are presided in the lower courts that is district court now talking about the justice, justice are the person who is presides in the higher judiciary like high court they are termed as justice. in short i explained.
