Remember me? I'm the guy who said I wanted to be Mr. Herbert and I straight up freaked when you said you got him in the game. Any time you see him think of me.
I have such fond memories of the MLP one, I played it so much as a kid. I think it's so overwhelming because they added so much stuff over the years, this game is like 13 or 14 years old. I'd say the best way to go about it is to focus on one area until your progression kinda slows to a halt, and then go to another area. I also love the minigames, especially the Equestria Girls and minecart ones. It can definitely get overwhelming, but I think it's just because of how a lot of that content was released. Hell, when the game came out, it was just Ponyville, you didn't even have the mines or the Equestria girls stuff. It was just Ponyville, the ponies, and two minigames because the star mapping one was added a bit later too. I remember coming back to this game every so often and being overwhelmed by the sheer amount of stuff that got added since last time. I also think part of why I find all of it less overwhelming is because in my mind the newer areas are for later, sorta.
There's another town-building game that deserves to have an honorable mention called _Snoopy's Street Fair,_ which is sadly discontinued in 2016. Not only that you build stalls and play mini-games, but you can also read some old _Peanuts_ comic when unlocking the Comic Stall and listen to Vince Guaraldi's iconic music with a Jukebox. At least it's better than _Snoopy's Town Tale._
Wait a second, don't they have the Peanuts comics available in Snoopy's Town Tale? Or maybe they've taken them down since I last played the game a few years ago. Either way, seems like a real bummer if they decided to get rid of them unexpectedly...
Honestly this was a chill video. I adore your mobile game videos, and I hope maybe in the future you do this for other mobile games like monster breeding games or just simulation games with this more in-depth discussion. Amazing work
18:42 Most of the dinosaurs in this game are real, but their designs are HEAVILY stylised to the point they often look very different to the actual dinosaur
I also remember playing 2 other branded town-building games that are delisted. Disney's Nemo's Reef and a Loud House treehouse building game from Nickelodeon. In Nemo's Reef which is based on the Finding Nemo franchise, I made my own coral reef and got lots of different fish. I also played hide and seek with Squirt the turtle. My ranking for this is A. For the short-lived Loud House treehouse building game, which is based on my least favorite show that I absolutely hate nowadays, I'll rank this one D, but thanks to a glitch that gave me endless cash for completing a reward over and over again until it got fixed, I progressed through the game very quickly, built a very big and great treehouse and got everything that the game had offered until it thankfully ended. So my ranking is now C.

honestly my favorite genre of mobile games, so sad about tapped out though been playing that since forever and lost many towns because younger me did not know how to make accounts.
I highly recommend keeping the Jurassic World one, it’s very good and progress keeps going. It only slows past level 55, and even then, I’ve still done good. You can get to level 50 in about a month, which means you have pretty much everything. From there it’s just a daily check in to do battle and such. It can get a little slow, but they’re always adding dinosaurs so it keeps it at least somewhat fresh. Also you’re lucky for getting Rexy, I’ve been fighting for two months to get her.

Didnt even knew there were so many(that died) though you missed the best one, skylanders lost islands, im a big skylanders fan
i hadn't heard about it before!
@Jake.Miller probably because it too hasnt lived for too much
Snoopy's Street Fair was by far way better than Town Tale really wish you could still play it. Its strange that the same people who made it made the Smurfs game which you can still play but you cant play Street Fair which really sucks
my mom fr grinded on tapped out for 10 years and its so sad that the game is now getting shut down, truly a loss for all not time respecting adults that have mobile devices.
yes that is insanely sad, I spent less time but still a pretty dang intensive amount. Tell your mom I'm sorry for her loss
Clash of clans is the best without a doubt
Clash of clans is not on here 😢
Agreed
Nuh uh bloons monkey city
true
It didn’t really fit the theme of the list or I would’ve included it
I remember when I was about 5 my parents let me play on a phone and I spent $40 on Smurf berrys.
Oh hey, the Smurfs one is here! Tho I'm not sure if it's the one I remember playing
Yea I found out there’s two, it’s kinda crazy
Yes, the one I remember is the smurfs & co spellbound
Can you do ranking all netflex interactive specials before they get delisted on December 1st
I completely forgot about the how to train your dragon one! I used to play that game so much on my kindle fire💀
I also vividly remember a sky landers town builder game but I have no idea what it was called.
Other people have said there was a skylanders one, I’d never heard of it!
Skylanders: Lost Islands? i remember that
I loved that Smurf game
If I remember well there was a muppets singing monsters and a hotel Transylvania game
I loved Ice Age Village as a kid, i put way to many hours into it
Haha that’s fair
I will always miss "Spongebob Moves In!"
Same
I loved the smurfs game as a kid
I just realized, you forgot to rank tele-bird and homing bird, both power ups in angry birds seasons.
