I cooked thinly dried flounder and thin scallops.
When I make the seasoning sauce with soy sauce, the rice goes smoothly.
Today, I record my mom's home-cooked meals.

[Bakdae and flounder steamed]
*ingredient
Bakdae (Seodae) 60gX4
Flounder 70gX4
15cc soy sauce
Plum syrup 15cc
sake 15cc
sesame oil 5cc
1/2 tsp garlic
2 tablespoons sesame
*how to make
1. Soak the semi-dried thin scallops and flounder in water (20 minutes).
2. Wash the soaked fish and steam it in a steamer (20 minutes).
3. Mix the soy sauce with plum syrup and cooking wine.
4. Add sesame oil and minced garlic and mix well to make seasoning sauce.
5. Sprinkle seasoning on steamed fish and sprinkle with red pepper and sesame seeds to finish.
