Loved the video girll!!! The bun looks really cute, would you want to make a tutorial for it? I struggle to sleek my buns properly with the right products.
I dyed my hair ginger😭 I don’t regret it. I’ve been ginger for about 4 years KINDA. Like I wasn’t dying it on a constant basis. But I really wanna grow my hair more, so I’m not gonna add any unnecessary chemicals to it.
My experience with dyed hair: I dyed my hair when it was short, no bleach. I think I’ve only redyed it once (I originally dyed it 2 years ago). My hair has gotten much longer since then so I trimmed my ends once (not all of the color) and my color hasn’t really faded, I also have this shampoo for dyed hair so maybe that helps but I barely use the shampoo I just mix a little bit in with my regular shampoo.
Great! But start by taking notes on what you believe your hair needs. What i mean is find out this about your hair: How fast does your hair absorb water find out your hair porosity) Do you have a scalp that is fairly dry or oily? And is your scalp prone to dandruff? Does your hair tangle easily? What density of hair do you have? (is your hair on the fuller or thinner side? What type of hair strands do you have? (Thin or thick)? When you have answers to these about your unique hair, then you can have an excellent routine that suites you
its called an “Unbrush”. you can find it at any beauty supply or store that has hair accessories. there are some non brand names that have them as well and thats what i have. 😚
I think i need to do that. I remember when I was younger I used to rinse with buckets putting baking soda in the rinse water to make sure the water was soft, not hard water. Jeez life over 35 I just got so busy😢
Such great tips!!! Have you tried hair paint wax or gels? I agreee I think ginger would look so good on you. Gemini Naturals has some really good ones and the ginger looked pretty realistic

Thank you for your advice 🫶🏼btw What are some tips you would give me to stop thinking about my hair growing 🥹 I’m excited about this journey it’s all I’ve been thinking about lol
Growing your hair is the easiest part, but you first should spend time discovering what exactly your hair needs to thrive What is your hair type, porosity, and density Is your scalp prone to dandruff or dryness What type of products have you used in the last three months and how did your hair respond to them Most importantly, eat healthy to keep your hair healthy
So do we really have to condition and deep condition as well or can we just deep condition because I can't find conditioner anywhere. oh, please advise on how to schedule this cause so many of us have school and work and stuff you know.
hiii ! for me, it depends on how much my hair needs. on lazy or busy days, i’ll just wash then deep condition. but if i had time then ill do the entire process. with a busy schedule i typically do my hair on the weekends. 💕 i hope this helped.
Im a new natural girlie and I have a hard time knowing what products to use. I don't feel like any product is better than the other and I am not seeing improvement. Im a 4c girlie and I need help.
start with washing your hair every two weeks (making sure to deep condition), moisturizing and protective styling your hair until you find a good rhythm.
Great! Start by taking notes on your hair. What i mean is find out this about your hair: 1 - How fast does your hair absorb water find out your hair porosity) - if it take more than a minute to get soaking wet, then you have low porosity; high porosity takes less than a minute to absorb water 2 - Do you have a scalp that is fairly dry or oily? And is your scalp prone to dandruff? 3 - Does your hair tangle easily? - you will answer this question looking at how much hair is on the floor after combing or taking down a hair style 4 - What density of hair do you have? (is your hair on the fuller or thinner side? 5 - What type of hair strands do you have? (Thin or thick)? When you have found answers to these about your unique hair, then you can have an excellent routine that suites you. If you need more details, I'm available to help you start from scratch

Its a wonder how I made it to midback length once before (rip cause of heat) because the natural community traumatised me against protein treatments on low porosity hair. I'd avoid protein like the plague 😭 Trying to unlearn
so lets say my hair is breaking off...Do i necessarily need to cut all my hair off just to get rid of the breakage? hoe do i know i need a trim and not a cut?
there are a few factors that can play into if you need a trim or a full haircut. if I were you, I would analyze where the breakage is by looking at my hair at an entirety. ask yourself questions like … “where does the density become inconsistent? where do i see the most split ends? where do i see the most knots and tangles?” something that I like to do is take my brush or comb and run it through my hair and wherever, the comb gets caught (even after dangling a few times) is where I know I need to trim. if you’re not too comfortable doing your hair on your own, I would seek the help of a professional natural hairstylist. be sure to throughly examine that whoever you go to, is an expert at natural hair care.
