Performance wise I would say it has incresesed high end torque horse power amount im not sure, it is definitely hard to tell but not by much, little to no increase in turbo noise and I bought it off of amazon because I didn't want to wait for it to come from over seas. Overall throttle response was increased but I still need to put on my down pipe and get a tune for the full effect
@@buntai8547 so would you say it is worth it ? I mean the sound clearly doesn’t change much but does the car feel a lot better driving ? Also what tune will you do ?
@@adistora9747 Overall yes it is worth it if you plan on doing additional mods. Tune wise I’m unsure until I install my down pipe I will more than likely take it to my local performance shop. Driving wise ALOT would be an overstatement there is an improvement but it is subtle, if you want to hear the turbo and notice a significant improvement in responsiveness and shifting you’ll need to do an exhaust, down pipe and tune mainly because everything is electronically controlled, if you don’t want to mess with ecu tuning I would suggestion to get a piggyback tune.
@@adistora9747 and I also replaced my throttle pedal because the potentiometer was going bad in it which would also cause it to go into limp mode under high load or wide open throttle causing it to feel down on power aswell
Sounds good and Smart asf to use that 8mm cause its very easy to strip those bolts(dont ask me how i know lol). I'm just waiting on my BOV & TMD to come in.
Any updates on ur mod performance!sound? What is the link for ur mod if u dont mind me asking?
