i love the shipping app and call policy, and how honest you are. "hot day no ice pack and cheap shipping no candy for you" haha the world has too many people that ignore good advice like that and get bummed out when things dont turn out as expected.
Yea I had to cancel my order due to the weather but you best believe as soon as it cools off again here in the dessert I am going to be right back on your home page getting me some more of this delicious candy treats but I must say how great these guys are I ordered with and ice pack but it still wouldn’t have been enough so they called me instead of just shipping it anyway. I have friends who own a chocolate shop and do all their production in-house. It is a constant struggle in the summer with heat and humidity to keep the chocolate in stable form. But the candy from Hercules looks great.

I'm in NW Florida, and tomorrow will be 99 the next day 100, and of course with humidity, the "feels like " temps will be much higher. The last tiem I ordered hard candy from Hercules, it got here so nice. I got the pen and all too! YAY! And a gold star! Within a week the candy was all stuck together even with the humidity removers in it! Florida, ugh! In the summer, we're all walking in water! BUT.... stuck together or not, the candy was still absolute deliciousness.
I’ve heard several different people complaining about the lack of taste when you get Covid, 1 friend has everything tasting salty. Another friend cannot taste citrus, my husband cannot taste food unless it’s REALLY spicy, and he LOVES coffee, but currently cannot taste coffee (we both test negative finally at the weekend. But I have it absolutely the WORST... I cannot taste chocolate!!! It’s like an effing Greek tragedy over here 😭😱😢

Regarding the Graham crackers, in the UK the definition of a biscuit is that when it goes stale, it's goes soft. If its a cake, it goes hard. So, the crackers are going stale. And cereal is meant to stay nice and crispy. Thank you for coming to my ridiculous UK - law TED talk.

Gram crackers are made out of gram flour. A very pours and dry flour. Its very absorbent.. Liquid makes it dissolve very quickly in and kind of liquid including chocolate .

I have a question. Doesn't wrapping all the cold packs in all that paper keep the cold from reaching the candy? It seems like it's insulating the cold to itself and keeping some of the cold from reaching the candy.

I have a nut allergy so seeing bark without nuts is amazing. I miss out on a lot of the traditional varieties, so a nut free bark is awesome.
