If one thinks / claims they are a tree and demands everyone else claim /believe they are a tree, that doesn't make them a tree. Gender is decided in the womb before one can even speak.
Gender might be decided in the womb but does not necessarily match with the persons genitals. This is a biological concept as well. All you know is your child's genitals at this point and literally nothing else.
