@@jenniferdeanne6725 the most basic ingredients are the rice cakes and a gochujang sauce, which you can probably make if you search for an asian mart around you and find an easy recipe online. what she uses in the video is an instant pack though, which you may also be able to find at asian marts or online asian food sellers!
Where do you get the halal rice cakes from? It looks really good but all the rice cake packets I’ve seen contain alcohol! Pls tell me where you find these packets from. Thank you! Keep posting, appreciate your posts
RECIPE:- •Cut garlic and spring onion (or any other veggies) • Fry your eggs with seasoning •Add butter and oil to your pan and shallow fry the garlic •Add gochujang and add sufficient water •Rinse the tteok and add it with all the other sauce packets and powders •Add milk and cheese and let it boil •Add the ramen later on so it does not get overcooked •Finish it with spring onion, the eggs and more cheese if you want. hii fellow muslims! the rice cakes in this video are super easy to make, its only three ingredients, and halal, so dont waste 20 dollars on something you might not like. - white rice - water - butter/vegetable oil (either works) steam soaked regular white rice with water for 40 mins. or use a rice cooker with a small piece of butter. use a stand mixer to knead the rice for 40 mins. you might need to give ur mixer a short break every ten mins btw
This is one of my favorite dishes and I’m not the least bit of asian. I’m actually glad this dish isn’t sold at many restaurants in the USA because it tastes way better when it’s hot on your own stove! Korean food is delicious!
