Its been an eye opening trip this Ed. Some fabulous terrain in Romania and wonderful views. Makes you realise what a huge planet we live on and we only generally witness such small parts of it.

I'm going to do a tour in amazing Romania at the end of August: Bucharest-Brasov-Sibiu-Cluj Napoca-Oradea-Timisoara, then home. It is half of the country visited.

Nice video ! Eddy, over 60% of Europe's bear population is in Romania. Brown bears often arrive in the suburbs of cities (even in Brasov) to find food. Sometimes it happens to attack flocks of sheep on the mountain and even people. Meeting the bear can be unpleasant.
Eddy no worries about Bears , I am on my sofa with a Scotch ready to go in to bear support mode !!! LOL Eddy always wish you safe travels and good times .... Enjoy and thank you for your work .
That was a really good view up there . It's cool you do things like that . You really need to get to Canada . Banff Alberta. Great mountains. We even have bears and other animals . Also you can get a few beers at the top .

I would have to WALK up that hill for the endorphin rush and exercise, with a possibility of cable car DOWN to save time PLUS I always buy or consume LOCAL alcohol AND food 99% of the time that I am abroad. The way to do it is to hike up and take the car down . This is what I always do . Oh . And you can hop on the car for free on the way down . They never check your ticket . Lol . ( this is in Canada I don't know about it there )
Well worth the trip up the mountain for the views. I think you'd have to take a walk via the pathway to the top after dark (rather than take the cable car) to stand a chance of seeing a bear. If you're brave enough 👌

Hard to believe there's so much unsettlement not a million miles from where you're holidaying, all the military and radio/tv antennae above your head when drinking your beer shows the value of the high land ! Have you tried any local red wine at all ? I'd be tempted with it.
That looks alot like the towns and mountains that surround the city in which I live. You should tour the USA sometime. I bet your viewers across the US would be happy to show you around the different cities.
