It is the place where you are formed to produce fruit. There is a double aspect to the church. Church is not something you go to but rather it's who you are. 3.) There are some things that do not come out of you until things are placed on you 3 ways to keep the church fresh: (1) keep passion alive. Your presence, being there. There is a difference between your presence and your attendance, showing up takes effort (2) keep your perspective healthy. Find and discover a fresh perspective from others around you. It's so funny how our God works, I saw the other man (Forgot his name 😅) preaching on Pintrest a few times and I was like "God can you show me who he is, like where can I find him, if he has a name or anything I can look up?" And I just keept talking to him about all these things. Then I pressed on another video of his down at the bottom and just happened to press on the comments. The first thing that came up was someone asking what is his name? Someone gave them the name and I found his RUclips. The first thing I clicked on when I was in his page was Fresh fruit. I had no idea what I am getting myself into or what I have got myself into but the past 3 videos of this fresh fruit. I feel myself changing, already, I'm more exited, ready to get out and just smile and make people's day more now. Listen, I have no idea where God is taking me but I know it's going to be great. The thing I find funny is that he revealed this channel to me when fresh fruit came out. God sent me directly to your guys channel, I am certain he will do others the same way he did me. I was going to church for 6 months straight, God put it in my heart to help. I was told I couldn't because I don't speak in tongues, because pastor said I was not ready. I found TC on social media. I am thankful I came across TC, I am praying about moving. I am not growing spiritually.
@aesco05 You don't have to speak in tongues to help someone or anything... God is working even when we don't feel like we are growing. Praying Psalms 69 helped me alot, he heard me when I was asking questions and when I was troubled... maybe try praying that then talking and asking him questions after. It always helps me, but sometimes he doesn't answer right away, so I just wait patiently for him and keep praying and keep reading/seeing how I can improve myself. When I don't know what God is doing I just sit down and talk to him... it makes me feel better. I am in school rn so I am trying not to get caught texting this to you 😅.
Same Sis. They found me in November. Never attended church. Barely believed. You MUST go back and watch all their sermons. I finally made real room for GOD. It has already changed my family dynamic. Our God is amazing and works in the most magical and mysterious ways I have just recently turned my life to Christ and have been like non stop learning and studying at first I was questioning how He talks to us and how I would know well I soon found out that He talks to everyone differently maybe but me He talks to me through scriptures and recently I have been watching a lot of Michael Todd's videos who took me to so many wonderful Christ loving and faithful people and today I was just going to chill a little been doing A LOT of studying on the word because I'm new but I'm almost 36 and I wasn't raised in church but I went to a show on Netflix on my phone and it went straight to the videos i was watching on RUclips which led me here so Amen to the wonderful all Knowing Father God 🙏❤

Firstly, i am a Christian man. However, I am impressed by how these pastors find a way to drag on a sentence and talk about absolutely nothing for 50 minutes or more every week. If you really want to live as your supposed to, die to your self will and start living GODS life. Do not listen to these clowns collecting your tithe.

Too busy listening to respond than to understand and get the word out of it that was intended for you heart to catch. Pray and ask God to see if the season is ending. it's easy for us to say Churches are corrupt, but there are some I'm sure that are healthy. That being said , I don't know what Church is like in South Africa, but definitely pray and research.
I can’t really agree that the church at its worst is better, first because of the churches which the Bible condemns in Revelation, and second because I’ve seen congregations where the people literally drove others away from God with their self-righteousness. I myself have suffered at the hands of such a church. The discrimination and exclusion that I faced in my early childhood NEVER should’ve happened. With that said, the reason I still believe in God is because nothing that people have done to me could ever compare what He has done FOR me! I also still believe in what the Church is MEANT to do, because just as what I have seen what the Church should NEVER be, I have also experienced what it SHOULD be. The church we eventually wound up after leaving that other one was so radically different that you can’t even compare the two. Instead of judgment against my parents and discrimination against me, they surrounded us with love and acceptance. They brought us meals when I was sick and/or hospitalized. They even brought a whole gang of kids from the Children’s Church to see me. They supported me in my education and endeavors. They shed tears of sadness and of joy for me. My school friends didn’t even realize that my family was poor because the church provided for our needs. That’s what the Church can be and should be.
Yes. I will say though that it's good that we have a Church where we the love is strong. Not perfect because people are at different levels. So, when we are in a Church, we need to make sure we're there for Jesus first. A lot of other things too, and some ministries have destroyed lives, but there are others too that are really advancing the gospel. It's not a light-hearted issue , yet , God heals us, restores and transforms us as well . The Church is needed

Pray and ask God to see if the season is ending. it's easy for us to say Churches are corrupt, but there are some I'm sure that are healthy. That being said , I don't know what Church is like in South Africa, but definitely pray and research.

I can’t really agree that the church at its worst is better, first because of the churches which the Bible condemns in Revelation, and second because I’ve seen congregations where the people literally drove others away from God with their self-righteousness. I myself have suffered at the hands of such a church. The discrimination and exclusion that I faced in my early childhood NEVER should’ve happened.
With that said, the reason I still believe in God is because nothing that people have done to me could ever compare what He has done FOR me!
I also still believe in what the Church is MEANT to do, because just as what I have seen what the Church should NEVER be, I have also experienced what it SHOULD be. The church we eventually wound up after leaving that other one was so radically different that you can’t even compare the two. Instead of judgment against my parents and discrimination against me, they surrounded us with love and acceptance. They brought us meals when I was sick and/or hospitalized. They even brought a whole gang of kids from the Children’s Church to see me. They supported me in my education and endeavors. They shed tears of sadness and of joy for me. My school friends didn’t even realize that my family was poor because the church provided for our needs. That’s what the Church can be and should be.
Yes. I will say though that it's good that we have a Church where we the love is strong. Not perfect because people are at different levels. So, when we are in a Church, we need to make sure we're there for Jesus first.
A lot of other things too, and some ministries have destroyed lives, but there are others too that are really advancing the gospel. It's not a light-hearted issue , yet , God heals us, restores and transforms us as well . The Church is needed
& It's God's Presence for me.
