So in short RNs in Canada can be an associate band/level 4 nurses in the UK… but LPN/RPN cannot be anything??? Like nothing of their education can even be evaluated and moved over to advance their study with a few courses in the uk so they can be regulated in the uk??? Pls i need an asap answer
Hello. My question is , what would I work as in the UK, coming from Canada as an RPN? I have 20 plus years experience and am from Scotland originally. From my undertaking, the RPN license isn’t transferable here in the uk. You may be able to work in band 4 roles such as a nursing associate, or an associate practitioner

You will need to go to RN school. There is no RPN or LPN here. You could find a job as a healthcare associate though (HCA/ CNA).
