Would've never guessed from his past that Simon Rex would be one of my favorite "celebs" but here we are. So humble, sincere and funny. I need to see Red Rocket
There is something really endearing and earnest about Simon. He seems humble and grateful and authentic. A lot of folks in his position or in Hollywood in general are really pretentious and off putting. He fits right in with you fellas. Maybe a future different pod.
I was hoping Rex would be on WMBD ever since Mark did his pod. They have great chemistry and their conversations are really fun to listen to. He's so clearly a fan of the pod too which makes it even better.
This episode is so much under rated . It should have over million views . Rex opened so much and inside thoughts 💭 on life and society . This is kind of podcast is need .
@@Betty-Boop809 Well what you wanted him to speak about, politics? quantum physics? He was literally invited to the show to talk about his life experiences.

My favorite Simon Rex story is when he first became friends with Paris Hilton. She would leave a $10k stack on the floor to see if a new friend will take it or not. Simon of course didn't touch it. Legend.
Dumbest "test" I've ever heard of, straight from the mind of a vapid airhead, and being rex was probably so desperate to be considered her friend that he didn't immediately leave as soon as the test was revealed tells you more about his character then if he would have taken the cash.
on my 400th viewing, ive realized that the biggest part of why i enjoy this is because simons clear appreciation of the pod and genuine humility makes it feel like one of us made it onto the pod. cant get enough it, best fitting guest on any pod ever
Hands down, best episode yet. The boys are starting to cook now ! I listened on Apple podcasts but I had to come to RUclips and drop a like and love. 🤘
Been following simon rex since high school in like 2010 with his old youtube freestyles. So happy to see his success and development more and more, he truly is one of those guys that deserves it 100%. Super authentic and original, love this guy.
I found Simon from his funny Vines so when I saw him starring in a new movie I knew I had to watch. Enjoyed it but I was so invested in the story I need a sequel!
Sam sounds like a Jewish comic relief, while Mark sounds like the comic icon that everyone eulogizes about before he dies shrouded in mystery way too soon.
I have a confession. I've never heard of Simon Rex before now. I'm blown away! Such a successful, storied life. So full of enthusiasm and excitement. But modest and down to earth. I especially resonate with his New Age peeve. I sense a real critical thinker with little acceptance of bullshit. This setting was a great introduction to the guy. He was so at home with the boys that a lot of amazing stories got told.

1:30:30 the way Mark and Sam look at each other as Simon is excitedly taking part in one of his favourite podcasts is adorable 😂
I think Simon’s delivery is the true star of the moment though, so casual his gayness can’t be hidden, an undeniable queef!
I caught that. this was an awesome watch
"Nothing WONG with that"!!!! HAHAHA Simon deserves recognition for that subtle joke!

Best Episode, Simon is the man. I jumped up on stage during a Dirt Nasty show in NYC when he performed 1980 and it was awesome.
By far the best ep, it's awesome how Simon is a fan and understands the show structure.
