These are really fabulous videos. This teacher has something special that was missing from my lecturers at University, which is empathy and realisation of what aspects of maths can cause confusion to many students. I am now 64 years old and trying to relearn the maths I've forgotten, but these lectures have shown me so many new things that I was never taught or understood.
I have been having serious issues sorting out pH values in chemistry and mathematical differentiation. This 25minutes class has given me a huge insight to encounter my fears more than 6months class. May u and your entire generation always be at peace
He is such a very , very passionate instructor in Maths and Science. . He is one and only one the best instructor to open our EYES in Naths and Scuence crystal clear. Thank Sir Jason
Thanks for the assistance. In many ways watching your videos are better than taking a course since you can pause to digest information, replay to better comprehend etc. I stayed away from a lot of math in my younger years but later in life have gained more understanding of its importance these videos are really helping me prepare for possible future coursework...thanks again for posting.
This topic was introduce to me in school today and after the lectures i did not have a clear understanding, But now with this explanation in class i now have a clearer understanding. thanks and God bless you sir
Thank you! Incredible explanations. Logs are now more understandable. I was still lost on different things, but understood the big picture. Everything made sense on some level. Just need practice. I'm actually excited to see the different log functions within my future materials since now, I have a clue.
Well prepared teacher. I have also watch your video for java program but it very amazing help alot. I very impressed your emphasis about the topic/ conception of subject matter. I currently a student teacher major in mathematics and computer studies. Greeting you from Namibia
Always I watch anything from you sir, my mind gets opened, just that, I'm in zambia otherwise I would love to do tuitions from you sir.. God bless you more
I am applying this year for 2022 BSc applied math and stats and I am preparing in advance. been binging and practicing with your vids, I must say 13:22 lost me hahaha now I have to try and understand the math behind that before moving on, I am shy to admit that it might take me hours to figure it out... I love the way you teach.
I looked at that timestamp of the video and I see what you’re talking about. Please go to my channel and look at my videos on inverse functions. But you need to really review is what an inverse function is in what happens when you run a function through it’s inverse. Basically the exponential function and the logarithm functions are inverses of each other. That means that if you take an exponential function and run it through a logarithm they cancel each other out. That’s what’s happening there and that is a property of inverse functions. Go back and watch inverse function and then come back to this video and it will be crystal clear. Good luck on your studies! Jason
For the last problem, log_2 √m/n^3 = log_2 √m - log_2 √n^3 = (1/2) log_2 m - (3/2) log_2 n Is that way correct by somewhat applying this square root property? √a/b = √a/√b
There is one more thing about this video when dealing with even integer exponents. I'm assuming the values are all positive since you're just doing algebra. Like for example ln(x^2)=2ln(abs(x)) because if x is a negative number and used properties of logarithms without absolute values, it would make that thing undefined. Using absolute values, the negative number will change that into a positive number to make it defined. By the way, ln stands for natural logarithm, or log base e, and abs stands for absolute value.
According to me there are two modes of learning. One is to learn with purpose and the other is learn with necessity. I prefer the first one as it involves a framework in our studies. For example study for exams or attaining some specific goals. The latter one is a kind of hobby that I give less importance.
Are exponents operators that become values and or variable expressions when the base is divided away? Also how would someone write a logarithm numerically without the prefix log before the base, just as a mathematical expression. Im studying hard and not trying to be coy, I didn't know what thoughts there might be about this from anyone
They do. You probably don't know how to use calculator. Remember about the proper order of operations, or just use brackets, if your calculator provides them.

Keep your teaching online free we love you
Please would be nice I'm guessing. He has to make a living though.

Your explanations make Maths simple to understand. I have watched various lesson/lectures on different topic on Mathematics. Thanks so much
You are very welcome!
This is awesome. I struggled with math as a child but I never had a teacher like you. Now, as an adult, I have found that with your help I can do it!
Yes you can!
@@MathAndScience thank you for the encouragement!
You are absolutely right sir
I really love your teaching
My son I a genius in logarithms now thanks.
Sweet Jesus, that was so beautifully explained, loved every single second of this lecture ❤ 👍

Your lesson is very important to me
You're the best, Jason. Thank you for teaching us well.
You are in my opinion saving the humanity! thank you sir, i will be grateful to you for the rest of my life!
Awww thank you!
You are the Master of all trades!
and master of....
(ah nevermind)
You remind me of my math teacher. He was a great man like you.I wish that more teacher be like you.Greeatings from Romania!
You are a good person and a great math teacher!
Bless you. Thank you so much for explaining the why behind it all 🙏
Best instructor ever ❤
I'm Brazilian and I wasn't found a good mathematic teacher even in my onw language, now I feel prepared for my mathematics exam 😅 tyyy
Exponential logarithm becomes an integer becoming linking logarithm function.Thank you sir.
Always I watch anything from you sir, my mind gets opened, just that, I'm in zambia otherwise I would love to do tuitions from you sir.. God bless you more
Very good refresher lesson on logarithms!
Nice and very well explained tutorial sir, thanks so much
very helpful and worth the watch
Best explanation f logarithm understanding,
You are truly the best. No exaggeration!
I always make sure to like the video first before watching ................You are great
You are a perfect teacher.
Thank you !

This man is my mentor. He is a great teacher
Thank you so much!
Great job from a retired math teacher!
Thank you for making mathetics easier for me..
Wonderful Job from this Mad Scientist ❤️🙏 really great 👍
good teacher
Excellent teacher
Very clear and excellent help to studying
Thanks so much!
Thanks so much you have opened up my mind
thanksyou are doing alot for many students
Guys listen to him please
Logs won’t go away, it’s better to master them and like them
Real perfect teacher.
This is very helpful

yes, √n/b = √n/√b
Astounding prof
Thanks teacher but I just want to know whether there are more laws of logarithms
Thanks a lot sir!! You're heaven sent to us
Welcome!
Very good lesson!!

JUST MAKE YOUR OWN VIDEO PLS
I don't really understand maths and I don't know why please but I am still trying to understand

Thank you. Super
What about using decimal like log102.25+4log102-2log100.6

Sir what is answer of following
X² log 1/x,prove that x² × d²y/dx² - x dy/dx + 2x²=0
Kindly elaborate your discussions along with physics connected as Isadore Singer did sir.You may give special lectures please.
Umm thank y so much sir y have helped many thank y so much
14:21 i think you made a small mistake here. It should've been 2 not 1
I like it. There outta to more carnage in math.
Thanks David!
i love you. You saved my life!
Awesome, good luck in your studies!

Nice!!
is the 3rd log law only for 2 cuantities? or for example: log3(MNTY), i can divide it and make it: log3M + log3N + log3T + log3Y?
Thank you so much
Of course it works for any number of elements:
log(a1 * a2 * a3 * ... * an) = log a1 + log a2 + log a3 + ... + log an
Why does 3x =1?
Great tutor but the constant board switching is making me giddy.
Whydo you use half a square bracket
genius
Ur gud
Like it
❤
Why does the first two laws not work on the calculator
They do. You probably don't know how to use calculator. Remember about the proper order of operations, or just use brackets, if your calculator provides them.
